I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half. When I called in. I was told that the pizza was on the way which it wasn’t. I spoke to the manager and she ended up hanging up on me, which is really unprofessional. I had to end up canceling the order because she couldn’t give me a specific time of when it would be delivered. I’ve had this happen in many instances with Giannino’s in certain locations. It’s really making me question if I want to order from you guys anymore. I just can’t believe someone who’s providing customer service hung up on me. I mean, I meant spent $30 on a medium pizza which is grossly overpriced. you actually need to try better because you’re not doing enough.

Gionino’s is decent. Jojo fries and chicken wings probably could’ve been tastier if they were cooked with fresh oil. My friends enjoyed the pizza and chocolate chip cookie as well. I was opening a new store in Solon and had to feed my employees. I called here to see if they could accommodate a larger order. They without hesitation took my order. When I got in there were 2 guys, both very friendly & had my order ready. Food was great my employees loved it.
The next day we ordered here again. Again same consistenty as the day before. 100% recommend. Thank you guys!
