If I could give zero stars I would. Pizza was soggy and uncooked. Wings were not cooked all the way and sauce was old. Refused to refund me or send me a new pizza. The manage said if I wasn’t able to afford my order I shouldn’t have placed it. Irrelevant comment since I had paid! He was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here multiple times and never receive this much disrespect and such poor customer service.

It was a little off putting as the dining room was closed and lights off when we arrived. I inquired at the carryout window, and they quickly turned on tne lights and opened it. Service was very attentive, though tne table cloth was a little sticky. Owner came out to greet us. I would go again. We had pizzas and one had an Italian beer. Food was very good.

Order from here on a regular. Called to place a order yesterday 9-17-22. The lady who answered said we only have pizza go ahead with your order. I ordered a small sausage. The pizza was burnt and the service is terrible. Gave her cash in her hand and held my hand out and she put it down on the counter. Very unprofessional!! Lost a longtime customer!

Ordered from here for the first time I ordered 4 stadium pizzas for a workers birthday. I gave them a specific pick up time when I went everything was ready to go and the person at counter was polite. All the workers really liked the pizzas including myself not burned were cooked perfect plus got a free cheese pizza will definitely order from here again.

Gioacchinos did not disappoint. My wife grew up near and always talked about it. Finally made the trip back and it was delicious. The owner has some great stories and has been personally making the pizzas for 49 years!!! He remembered her whole family from years ago.

1st time ordering from here. Ordered a small thin crust pizza cheese and mushrooms. Waited an hour for my pizza to have it delivered an hour later and burnt to a crisp. Ate 2 or three pieces that weren’t that burnt because I was hungry. Never will I ever order from this place ever again. I will continue to order my pizza from Q’s restaurant and pizzeria. At least I know they have terrific pizza and NOT BURNT. Avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I placed an order a day in advance to be DELIVERED to my home on SUPERBOWL Sunday. I waited hours for my delivery, only to get a call from them claiming I requested pickup. The lady that answer the call and took my order messed up. After going back and forth with her, and several attempts to try to talk to the manager, he finally got on the phone with me was very rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. He didn’t want to refund me, and only wanted to reheat heat an already cook pizza and deliver that to me. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
