The service was top notch and the food was amazing.
We had Ramen, sushi and pork fried rice.

It is a small yet cozy place to enjoy really good sushi and ramen at reasonable prices. Recommend reservations. Food is fresh with great taste and presentation. Staff is friendly and attentive. We had Brandon as our server. He was on top of everything and other staff checked on us to without being over beating. We tried multiple items. Was very impressed. Most places use imitation crab not Ginza. Crab melted in mouth. Will definitely go back. Bento boxes are plentiful and reasonably priced. Great place

Finally! I am so happy Salem finally has a good sushi place. Not just good, actually pretty phenomenal. My partner and I were so impressed by this place. We thought we were out of luck finding sushi in this area. We ordered the ramen, a cherry blossom roll, a spicy salmon roll, and spring rolls. Everything was excellent. It was very affordable for high end sushi, and the presentation was impressive. The drinks are very affordable and the service was great as well. This is now our go-to sushi (and ramen) spot.

This was our First visit to Ginza with the Amazing Black Queens of Salem luncheon group where 12 of us gathered on Saturday! As you can see from the photos, the food looks and taste absolutely fantastic! There was only one mishap for me in that the Miso Ramen Noodles bowl, I ordered, and wanted so badly, was beautifully presented as seen in the photo but with pork medallions on top! I graciously returned it and Brandon explained how most of the dishes are prepared in a pork broth unless you specifically ask for vegan. I suggest they add/put this info their Menus! We had a variety of other sushi, spring rolls and vegan salads – please view their menu items for your favorite selections. I promise, you will not be disappointed!
