One of my favorite sushi restaurants in the area. I order from here often. Mango lover and spicy boy rolls are favorites. Vegetable lomain is also very good. Emma is so sweet and accommodating. Takeout only. Our orders are always ready in 10-15 minutes. Small parking lot.

Literally the best place to get jp food from. Reasonable price and when you’re a regular even through ordering online it’s like they notice. One time I pointed out how they did something different than usual and I was just curious but they apologized and sent me extra the next time too.
Overall good service and food I just wish that even if you can’t eat inside and it’s more of a to go place they had a bigger waiting room.

Edited review after 5 months: I’ve been coming here for 5 months. The sushi is amazing and I definitely recommend trying it. HOWEVER, the service from the cashiers is HORRIBLE. The wait time is always over 40 minutes despite the website telling you 20 minutes when you place your order. The space is super small with only 3 chairs and Is often congested with delivery drivers and other customers waiting for their order which is why the atmosphere rating is a 1. The young lady who has been there since around Thanksgiving is horrible. Is very confused 98% of the time, and rips receipts & cash from your hand and never offers you your change back. Today (12/29/2025) I placed an order at 12:16pm. Understanding it is lunch time and peak I waited approximately 30 minutes outside instead of the 20 I was told and yet when I walked inside I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes making my total wait time over 40 minutes. My boyfriend and I have both experienced these things every single time we come. For a while there was a middle aged woman and she seemed to be a bit more organized but I haven’t seen her in a while.
As stated the food is always great, so if you’re looking for good sushi feel free to try. But keep in mind the wait is always more than told, and the customer service is horrible.
Please note: I waited about 2 months to update my review in hopes it was just a fluke incident but it has been consistent since November and I have placed multiple orders since. Highly considering finding a new location to purchase my sushi.

On Monday, October 6th evening I ordered some tuna rolls and yellowtail rolls
I knew it tasted a little weird going down but I wasn’t sure. I doubted myself and I continued finishing my meal.
Now I am on the toilet and feel like crap.

Ordered 5 sushi rolls for take-out. Got a regular maki combo (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) along with a spicy tuna, and “Da Bomb” roll. Regular maki rolls were fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The spicy tuna roll was not overly tempura filled and had nice flavor. The “Da Bomb” roll was a nice change of flavor and was a good price for a shrimp tempura roll. It is a place I would return to order more sushi items if nearby.

Beyond impressed! I ordered a large variety (15+ rolls) for a party and we were all blown away. The quality and taste were incredible, but the presentation was even better. The trays were gorgeous. The sushi negiri, the sushi rolls, the deluxe rolls, and the appetizers all blew us away.

I was craving hibachi but didn’t feel like leaving the house. I live on the west side of Bethlehem and googled hibachi near me and Ginza came up. We were hesitant to try a new hibachi/Japanese place but we decided to go for it due to the ease of ordering online. Food was done FAST. Not to mention look at all the food!! I’m a sauce person and we received plenty of sauce. The food was phenomenal. My husband lived in Japan and is very critical of restaurants and he thoroughly enjoyed his food. Plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow too! We are very impressed and will definitely be back!

I’m new to the Bethlehem area from nj/ny and it’s hard for me to find a place around here that I actually can say Id come back too. Ginzas food is greatttt from the quality to the flavor it’s definitely there! I had their hibachi for lunch about 4 times now and it never disappoints. I love the miso soup as well. Overall just great thought I’d share.

The takoyaki was amazing! Got the American roll. Also got the Red snapper, eel and tuna forgot to take a picture of the beautiful plate but it was AMAZING! If I’m ever back in Pennsylvania I will definitely come back. It’s a small restaurant but worth it!
