This is the ONLY restaurant I’ve found around here that does hibachi delivery. Everything is lovingly separated so that your food does not get soggy. It all comes steaming hot, and tastes delicious. I would highly recommend it!

Ordered from Ginza tonight. VERY disappointed. The miso soup was clearly watered down. And the sashimi, particularly the tuna, was questionable. Very low quality and/or old, and breaking down (pictured). And frankly everything was expensive given the small portions and pieces. A big shame, and waste of money.

My husband and I ordered from here spur of the moment as we needed something quick but healthy while we were in the area. Seeing as this was our first time trying this restaurant, we went with the safer route and ordered a couple california rolls as sushi can be questionable when trying new places. We were pleasantly surprised! They tasted fresh and the avocado was very creamy. We will definitely be returning to try other items on their menu!

I haven’t had good sushi in a long time, mainly because the places near Nazareth just aren’t good. (Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.) I was in Allentown and decided on a whim to grab sushi on my way back (with a little diversion from my route). I’m so glad I picked Ginza as my sushi stop. I love that it’s take out only with a little box to pass food and payment through. Everything was fresh and even stayed warm for my 25-minute journey home. Everything was perfect and the taste was spot on. Most places add extra sugar these days. (I don’t want candy for dinner.) Ginza does it right. Thank you so much!

I was craving hibachi but didn’t feel like leaving the house. I live on the west side of Bethlehem and googled hibachi near me and Ginza came up. We were hesitant to try a new hibachi/Japanese place but we decided to go for it due to the ease of ordering online. Food was done FAST. Not to mention look at all the food!! I’m a sauce person and we received plenty of sauce. The food was phenomenal. My husband lived in Japan and is very critical of restaurants and he thoroughly enjoyed his food. Plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow too! We are very impressed and will definitely be back!

I’ve had better but their sushi is not bad. For 6 rolls lunch special with soup and salad $29 not too bad at all. Can serve 3 people for lunch . The rice is not seasoned its all very bland, no flavor I was hoping for some really good sushi, I was disappointed with the taste. It’s just plain white rice not sushi rice so ♀️.

I’m new to the Bethlehem area from nj/ny and it’s hard for me to find a place around here that I actually can say Id come back too. Ginzas food is greatttt from the quality to the flavor it’s definitely there! I had their hibachi for lunch about 4 times now and it never disappoints. I love the miso soup as well. Overall just great thought I’d share.

Beyond impressed! I ordered a large variety (15+ rolls) for a party and we were all blown away. The quality and taste were incredible, but the presentation was even better. The trays were gorgeous. The sushi negiri, the sushi rolls, the deluxe rolls, and the appetizers all blew us away.

The takoyaki was amazing! Got the American roll. Also got the Red snapper, eel and tuna forgot to take a picture of the beautiful plate but it was AMAZING! If I’m ever back in Pennsylvania I will definitely come back. It’s a small restaurant but worth it!
