I’m house sitting two pups for the week and this restaurant is right across the street from the apartment complex I’m staying at. So far I’ve had two meals, and both were delicious. The first night I had a house salad, spicy tuna roll, salmon mango roll and a yellowtail scallion roll. The fish was very fresh and tasty. The second night I had the salmon hibachi dinner. It was incredible! I eat a lot of hibachi when house sitting dogs, and this was my favorite so far. I highly recommend.

The sparkling roll at this place were some of the best I’ve had at any sushi restaurant. They also recently lowered their Toro price to $10 so I tried them out. They tasted fresh and oily.

DELICIOUS food. A bit pricey so take advantage of their deals (for Cali or rainbow roll if you spend a certain amount). I have only done takeout but will definitely go back. The seaweed, tuna, salmon, and yellowtail salad was delicious and the Sparkle roll and salmon roll were both amazing. I don’t normally order special rolls but theirs are inventive and more fish-filled; feels more worth your money than other places.

Overall, Ginza Sushi & Grill is a perfect place if you’re looking for authentic and traditional Japanese cuisine. The staff and the owner’s children are amazing at their jobs, and they always seem to be in a good mood. 10/10
