Ginza Sushi is a Japanese restaurant located close Manhattan Beach, serving a wide range of Japanese dishes.
The staff are friendly, very accommodating to large parties and bring the food out in a timely manner. They also gave us free ice cream on the house, even with our party of about 12 people.
The food was good. Pretty standard for Japanese dishes, though the portion size was large and the salmon teriyaki came with two decently sized filets. The sushi was good, pretty good size for the price and was able to feed the 12 people we had with our party. The rest of the food was pretty standard Japanese food, everything cooked to perfection but isn’t really a stand-out.

I ordered here for the first time because my other place was closed. I had spicy tuna, Philadelphia roll and chicken teriyaki. Maybe because it was Monday evening and it was a slow day, but the reviews that I read that made me try it didn’t equal to the quality of the food. Cute place though and super nice star.

Amazing food, I have been going here for over 20 years and they still manage to impress me. The food was delicious and the restaurant forgot to put down on my check dessert that I asked for, but when I called them, they said they remembered me asking about it so they delivered it to me with no charge at all. They made a slight error but went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you Ginza!

I ordered the salmon teriyaki bento box which included a generous portion of salmon, shrimp and vegetable tempura, California roll with a choice of soup or salad. The sushi and sashimi combination was very good. The fish was fresh. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place was popular when I was in college (20 years ago). And they still do great job. Very nice ambiance. Food is excellent. Great variety of rolls, many of which I haven’t seen anywhere else. Servers are very attentive and check on you regularly. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely keep coming back.

Currently my go to sushi place. The fish is always fresh and melts in your mouth. Large selection of inventive, raw fish based rolls with a many interesting additions such as ones rolled with cucumber or soy paper and others without rice at all. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The place itself has been around for like 20 years and they recently renovated the back room, restrooms and a brand new menu (with pics!). Ask for Wesley, he’s a great guy. Very reasonably priced btw.
