The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious — everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the kitchen. Ginza is a frequent treat – all food and beverage and delicious, the staff is so kind and helpful, and the restaurant is comfortable and enjoyable.
Whether apps, hibachi, beverages, sushi, or meals everything is excellent.
The lychee martinis are a favorite.
Despite not being huge there is plenty of seating and it is very well laid out and enjoyable to be patrons of.

Service was excellent. The sushi was great and possibly the best I’ve had in this area. Last night my wife and I had hibachi combinations and loved them. I’ll definitely be getting more of those in the future. Ginza is our regular place to relax and hang out after a long day at work. I highly recommend the alligator roll, the Daniel roll, and the grilled calamari.

Very disappointed as I was celebrating my birthday today having lunch. My party received their soups and mine was missed. My son and husband ordered entrées included soup. I had two rolls of sushi from the lunch menu that included soup. They got their entrées and I still did not receive my soup. After asking, I did receive my soup and then my two rolls. I ate two pieces of the sushi and did not like it. It was the spicy salmon roll. I told my server it was horrible & salty. She had the manager come over the manager stated that I ate two pieces and she could not give me any discount. I am completely shocked over the restaurants and ability to resolve an issue after our total check being over $110.. no, thank you with many places to go. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the response I got.

Decided to try this place out instead of Uber bagel $70 Later, plus a later plus a $11 tip I can honestly say I regret it. Super mids, very expensive. We came in for lunch on New Year’s Day only to be told they don’t do lunch specials on new years. It does say on the menu but it says on the back in an inconspicuous area. Don’t get the steak habachi if you want quantity. The quality was good but the chicken habachi quantity is much more. I expected more veggies for almost $25 a plate. This and some soft drinks and a small bowl of soup is what you get for $70.(see pics attached) Kinda cheap on their part.light pour on the draft beer as well

I ordered to go of the Filet Mignot and Scallops (and also the Filet Mignot and chicken) and was charged $37.95 and $35.95 (with fried rice and extra sauce). Anyway, I opened the container and this container is 90% noodles with just the top with meat and vegetables. This is not worth what they charged for the dish itself. The food is okay, not the best, but what concerns me and bothers me is how small the portion is for the meat and vegetables. The small portion makes this to go of this dish overpriced. I suggest eating in person when the portion for the meat and vegetables they give is a little more.

The only thing we received quickly was the check.
Just crappy service tonight. One meal not served complete and took forever to get the rest. Just tell me you don’t serve Coke, only to over ice the replacement ginger ale.
Our server barely stopped at our table, and when he did, we didn’t get a chance to tell him everything and had to call him back as he walked away. When a new plate was brought, he didn’t take the empty ones.
Images attached show no room to place our to go boxes and what was supposed to be ginger ale. We’ll just stick to Oishi’s.
