Loved this place. The staff was friendly as it was my first time. It’s an all you can eat sushi, hotpot, and BBQ. You order on a tablet and they bring out the items to you as you go. The food was filling and high quality. This is the perfect after-ski place to eat when you’re hungry.

So so so good! The food is excellent and the service is so fast and kind! The Hot Pot and BBQ all you can eat is honestly a great deal! We will definitely be back. ☺️

My family and friends can never get enough of this place! I’ve been coming here since 2020, and I’ve never looked back. The sushis are absolutely delicious, both dine-in and takeout have been great, and the staff are wonderful. Not to mention, I’ve tried many sushi places in-state and out of state, and Ginza Japanese Shabu Shabu never misses. I would definitely recommend the executive suite roll, my true love roll, rainbow roll, and the super volcano roll

This was such a fun experience! We’ve tried the hot pot experience once before, but at Ginza it was so fun to add in the Japanese BBQ. The bbq meats were all marinated deliciously, and they get a nice glaze on them cooked on the grill.
They had a good selection of meats, veggies, and sauces for the pots and we had a great time trying it all. This is a great date night or unique dining experience for the family or friend groups. Service was great and they were nice answering our questions.

I have never been more pleased with an entire menu as I was at Shabu Shabu! Everything we got was good. The spicy Tokyo Shabu cooking broth packed a punch, the meat was clean and paper-thin for perfect cooking and layering stop the amazing noodles and veggies.
And the sushi – every roll was distinct, sharp, and flavorful. No mushy fish here. Both the fried and fresh rolls were delicious.
Service is a bit slow. We had to catch the eye of someone to order more food rather than just waiting for someone to come to the table, because it was very infrequent. However, every time we did order more, it always came. Nobody forgot about us.
I can’t wait to go back and show this place to all my friends. I am so incredibly pleased!

Came here for a birthday celebration and it was a nice quaint perfect lunch date getaway.
The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They explained the menu real well and also offered some recommendations. It was just what we needed for an exclusive lunch rendezvous. Perfect spot for an intimate 1 to 2-hour setting to catch up with an old friend or a get to know your date.
I’ve always loved shabu shabu and this was a great find! Would love to come back and explore other entrees on the menu next time we are in the area!

This is our favorite hot pot spot after trying a bunch of others near us. The new make over is great. They have the new tables with the hot spot so no over flames. The dust on the celling mind us kind of grossed out. We came around 2:30 and expected lunch prices for our food but was charged for dinner.

Don’t hesitate to come and try this spot. I had the all you can eat shabu-shabu with the tonkotsu broth, which is a broth made with pork bones. There’s different broth selections you can choose from. This place not only has all you can eat shabu-shabu, but you can grill meats, and they have an all you can eat sushi. However, if you just want an a la carté meal you can do that as well. Along with my broth and all the fixings, I also had their Tiger Sushi roll and spicy tuna roll. Both excellent choices but that spicy tuna was so delicious and I ate it with such delite, that it didn’t get a picture. I went around 6pm on a week day and there was no line no waiting, but on the weekends it gets really packed, reservations can be made in advanced as well. Staff very friendly, attentive, and come around often to see if you want more of anything.
UPDATE: went for the All you can eat sushi, definitely worth it! Highly recommend it and the service was great

My first time at Ginza Japanese Shabu Shabu was awesome. We started with the most amazing and delicious sushi. The hot pot setup let us cook our own slices of thin sliced meat, veggies & various noodles in the broth of our choice right there at our table, which was really fun and hands-on. Dipping the super tender meat and veggies in the different sauces after cooking them was delicious.
Getting to hang out and catch up over the meal with some of my new favorite people made the whole evening even better. The food was so good and cooking it ourselves kept things interesting, and it was the laughs and good company that made this such an enjoyable dinner out. I’d definitely go back to Ginza to do more DIY cooking hot pot style and make another great memory together.
This spot definitely gets my top recommendation for tasty food and an interactive meal with your friends.
