My all time favorite sushi place! I go here for special occasions or whenever I’m just really craving sushi. The atmosphere is low-key and cozy, the sushi itself is always beautifully presented AND tastes amazing. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating too. My preferred order is miso soup, hot sake, two rolls, and fried rice. Everything is always great. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, I personally don’t really bother going elsewhere since I love this place. Check it out if you haven’t already!

Fresh, Fast, and Absolutely Delicious
I had an incredible experience at Ginza Japanese Restaurant, and this picture says it all. The sushi was not only beautifully presented but also unbelievably fresh — every bite tasted clean, vibrant, and full of flavor.
The service was impressively fast, yet never felt rushed. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always checking in to make sure everything was perfect without hovering. It’s rare to find a place that balances speed with genuine care, but Ginza nails it.
We also ordered the gyoza, and they were amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. A must-try appetizer!
The prices are very competitive compared to other sushi spots in the area, especially considering the quality. You’re getting top-tier freshness and amazing presentation without overpaying, which makes this place an easy favorite.
From the delicate mango-topped roll to the crunchy tempura and the spicy rolls packed with flavor, every single piece on the plate was outstanding.

Now – I passed this place every time I got my eyebrows done at Exquisite Threading. I heard this place was good and decided to go for my birthday. Seriously, I’m sooo glad I did. This food here is spectacular. We had the rock shrimp, crab cake, California roll, shumai shrimp dumplings, Wauwatosa roll and Jason roll. Everything was DELICIOUS! We went early on a Friday evening which was perfect. Around 6:30pm or so, this place gets super busy. I do understand why!!!! This place is incredible.

The food was absolutely delicious. I loved the aesthetic of the plating with the flowers. The sushi was so amazing and fresh. Some of the best salmon sushi I’ve had, very high quality and fresh fish. Highly recommend

Went today for my birthday and it was very nice. The restaurant itself had a very soft atmosphere which I really loved. The shrimp dumping was so good, wish I ordered more. My waitress was very kind and soft spoken, love that! The workers overall were very kind and lovely. The food there was very buss, I’ll come take my younger sister here for her birthday next time. I loved it, would totally come again!

We got the Monkey Brains appetizer, Jason Rolls, Hot Maki, and Beef Negimaki. The monkey brains are very flavorful and were a great way to start the course, they came out very quickly. The Jason Rolls and Hot Maki were both very good, we both ordered the Hot Maki which was recommended by the waitress. The tuna on the Hot Maki was very good and the jalapeno oil gave it a nice tingle. I wish the Jason Rolls had a little bit more of that sweet and sour sauce. The Beef Negimaki was very tender and flavorful, as well as being presented pretty. It came with a miso soup and ginger salad that were both flavorful as well. The service was friendly and quick and we will be back again.

We walked in at 8:15pm worried we would not have time to eat before they closed at 9pm. We immediately ordered and the food came out super fast. Our party had the chicken teriyaki, sushi pizza, and about 8 sushi rolls. Everything was excellent and we had plenty of time to eat and left before they closed.

Super experience at Ginza. Haven’t had such tasty sushi in a while! The cocktails were excellent too. Ginza is an example what a good restaurant should be. Clean, hygienic, quick service, tasty food, lip smacking cocktails, not too heavy on the wallet. All in all, it was an excellent lunch!

First time eating here. It was amazing. Very fresh food, staff attentive and friendly. Very cozy feel. Great date spot! Ordered a Lunch special bento box with the salmon. It had a great glaze and slight crust to the salmon soooo good!! All 3 rolls we had were great too. California. Silent Scream. Crunchy Spicy Salmon. All very well rolled and fresh flavors.

My daughter and I LOVE dining at Ginza Japanese restaurant. It’s a rather ‘no frills’ kind of atmosphere, but we have never had even an ‘average’ meal there. Their sushi plates are visually lovely and taste even better than they look! And their rolls are made so quickly that we are usually served our meal in under 10 minutes. They never fail to impress! We Love Ginza! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!!
