Its such a same i felt so incredibly bad for the young ladies serving us they were so sweet only to be berated and yelled at by the owner he even pushed her n pulled her aside yelled at her multiple times just because he was busy. Just awful to be treated like that. I would never go back I wanted to say something so bad. This place has been here for years I hope the owner gets reported. To the young ladies stand up for yourself you don’t deserve that.

This pizza place is always our go to pizza place in Glassboro. Today was my daughter’s 1st birthday and we had ordered 5 pizzas and I told them we were paying the tip in cash. The girls on the phone are always so sweet and the driver was also very nice. But whoever called 4/5 times at my daughter’s birthday party was very ignorant. All because I couldn’t find my wallet when the driver was there. Mind you he dropped the pizzas off and left. Didn’t give me a chance to look for my wallet. I am not the type of person to never tip. I’ve worked in pizza places and fast food before I know how the workers and drivers should be tipped. But don’t call me at my daughters 1st party and be ignornant to me when I couldn’t find my wallet. I planned on coming back to tip after the party anyway because again I always tip.

Unfortunately Gino’s has really fallen in quality. I’ve been coming here for literal decades. I stopped going for a while because last time I went, I asked them to use a clean knife to cut my mom’s food due to her severe food allergies and they gave me a hard time. We decided to try it again last night. I saved half of my cheesesteak for lunch today. Just heat it up. I bit into a screw! A screw. In my cheesesteak. So make sure to check your food thoroughly! And definitely don’t trust them if you have allergies. I sadly won’t be back.

Chicken bacon ranch pizza looked good, but was kinda gross and really salty. The Pizza seemed old. Like it was sitting out before being warmed up and delivered. I only had one slice of a $30+ pizza. At least the crust was good.

Very unprofessional! Gino’s is unaware of their Monday pizza special of $13.99, which by the way is on their website. Overcharged at delivery. Upon calling to confirm the confusion they were clueless! We were being overcharged for this pie. Therefore, we returned this pizza (we have never returned a pizza before). The manager called back and was totally unaware of this special and said “ don’t call here again” and hung up! We then ordered from another pizza place with no issues. If you are in business and are unaware of what your own website says there is definitely a problem. I am posting this because I don’t want anyone to experience this ridiculousness. All we wanted was a pizza pie.

Unbelievable I need to deal with it. Placed a big order and half of it not delivered. The guy on the phone is screaming and yelling at me. For what? For my money that I ordered from them and they didn’t deliver what I ordered. Thank you enough is enough will never order from this place again. Bring business to them and then in return for their fault they will scream and yell at you. No thank you never again. Lesson learned. Horrible business

If you have the ability, go anywhere else. They left my pizza outside in the cold without even knocking, never marked my order as delivered in Slice, and were rude and lied when I asked for a refund. “They don’t work for free”.
