Ordered delivery and it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered, the driver that delivered it said they lost the first order. When it actually arrived half of the wings were missing the sauce and the pizza is missing the entire crust in the middle of it and it wasnt even cut when it arrived. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had from a delivery order.

Food was alright nothing amazing. This was a few months ago but they messed our call ahead order and got rude with us when we told them. Their pizzas say “the size but then come out looking like the inch size below”. It was an “I’ll try them once kind of situations”. The stores location is good and bad, its a busy road but I always see panhandlers and loitering around the building. The building itself looks dirty. Definitely won’t return or recommend.

I ordered a pizza with pineapple, ham and green pepper. When I got it home, I realized it was almost raw in the middle. I called and complained (They weren’t very nice about me having an issue) They told me to bring that one back and they’d make me another. The second one was just as bad as the first if not worse. I had to put it on my own pizza pan and cook it more at home so its edible.
I’ve worked with the public my entire adult life and I know how you’re supposed to treat customers. I was very disappointed in their attitudes when they were the ones that served me 2 way under cooked pizzas.
I think I’d rather take my business to a pizza place that might be further away from me but better pizza and better customer service.

Ordered winga and breadsticks with cheese for lunch while at work and the breadsticks with cheese was not cooked all the way. Nothing like eating doughy bread. Won’t be back

So let me tell you right now about Ginos on Norway Linda the young lady working tonight was so kind and helpful. She made sure that me and my lady had to buy one get one free she got our bread correct because my lady likes garlic bread and I like butter bread. She also made sure that I got my lasagna and my lady has to have her baked spaghetti. She was absolutely amazingand the other people that were in the staff were also great people. They were so kind and awesome. And the other people that were in the staff were also great people. They were so kind and awesome I give this place 1000 stars not five stars not 10 stars 1000 stars you guys rock you are awesome. Words me and the better half just got our bellies full and we’re about to snuggle up on the couch and watch a movie and fall asleep. Everything ordered was over cooked. Bread so hard you couldn’t bite it. Call to report this and had the MANAGER argue with me and tell me they would remake it but it would be the same. SMH. Have better customer service.
