We ordered directly from their website with ease, there was a tech problem on their end and they called to resolve it promptly. The food was delivered to our hotel door, warm and delicious. It’s been our best meal while traveling for 4 days. Baked spaghetti and Bacon sandwich huge portions too!

Order was wrong, which I paid for extras that was never received. No taste on italian Sub. Salad order was wrong. Best thing was Club crackers which were in the pack, sealed. Driver was tipped very well bc it wasn’t his fault.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband went I. Their to get our order while I waited on the car. For 30 minutes he waited and kept coming back to the car to tell me he’s still waiting. The morning manager ad she said she was would look at him every time he walked back in and would walk away. After 30 min he asked for a refund. Which she told him she was the morning manager and couldn’t do refunds. I’m sorry what. Then why are you a manager. So now we have to come back tomorrow to get the refund and get to go to work hungry because we don’t have time to go anywhere else. Poor customer service. Poor service over all im disgusted. By Gino’s now and we’ll never go back.

I ordered delivery because i dont have a car my gf had the car. I told them 3 times no green peppers on my Philly and when i received my sandwich it had green peppers and i ordered a Sicilian add tomatoes and it came with no banana peppers and black olives and when i called the lady asked me to bring the sandwiches back i said i cant and she didnt say anything back but im sorry.

Waited and waited for a lukewarm pizza that had tough cheese on it. Made everyone sick. Gino’s used to be great and is now just overpriced trash. “Under new management” means they’ve ruined your childhood pizza joint. Cheeseless pubwich, Tiny calzones, bland, cold pizza and higher prices than any other pizza place around.
