We usually enjoy Gino’s. I like their meatball sub and my husband likes the ham. However, last night was a huge disappointment. I’m willing to give the benefit of the doubt since they were slammed and it was snowing. I was missing an order of fries. I should have checked before leaving, but with the snow and slippery roads, I didn’t. When it came to the fries I did receive, the portion was extremely small — less than a handful and for the price that was upsetting. Also, with the steak pubwich, I don’t think there was any cheese on it at all.

While visiting WVA my wife and I stopped by this Gino’s Pizza & Spaghetti House in South Charleston for dinner two times. This was our first time at Gino’s because we don’t have them out west. We had the buffet which included five different pizzas, spaghetti and meat sauce, a great salad bar as well as free refills on your drinks. The prices, the service, and the food was great!

Food was good food, large portions, and reasonably priced. Ask about — Super Tuesday details. Just a short walk from our hotel, always one of our dining options in our meal rotation for the week.

This is the best Gino’s in the state by far. Always good and the staff is friendly. Only complaint is the hours, but I understand being that this location is family owned. (They close at like 7 Saturday and are closed Sundays)

Went to Gino’s in Belle WV and staff was friendly and fast. There were two people that I saw working the store. My husband and I walked in and placed our order. After we went to the car to wait until the order was ready. Though busy at the time, one of the workers walked out into the parking lot with our food and found where we were and gave us our food. The food was delicious and had all the extra things like forks and Parmesan cheese conveniently placed in each appropriate item. Would 100% recommend. 4/24/2025

The service was very friendly and the restaurant appearance was nice. I ordered lasagna. When I got it I noticed how heavy it was before opening. It was a very nice size lasagna. I believe the weight was also due to a double layer of noodles in the middle. However, it was advertised to be “stuffed” with ricotta, mozzarella and provolone. I saw and tasted no ricotta at all (just happens to be my favorite part). There was definitely mozzarella and I can’t say for sure about the provolone. I’m just disappointed that I couldn’t see or taste my favorite part

I called in a pick up order. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly. The same gentleman was at pick up window. He was so nice and made us feel welcome and appreciated our business. The pizza was delicious! We will definitely go back.
