The original take out CS service was great. The atmosphere was nice too bad the food was poor, bitter sauce, meatballs and pasta were bitter and the pizza looked great but had no pizza taste. Ordered a meat lovers Sicilian Chicago deep dish pizza and the bacon overtook the entire pizza.
You tasted no sauce no pepperoni no cheese nothing. Just bacon grease flavor.
It all went in the trash. It was quite pricey for it to all go in the trash.. I’m not trying to be rude. It was just so disappointing.
Spent 66.09 there and had to go elsewhere to eat.
Ordered 2-3 October it’s November 2025. I spoke to the owner who said I could come in and get my money back. I went in twice now. I was off on Tuesday. So are they. So I called today, November 14, 2025 spoke to a woman who tried telling me I was rudeI asked is there anyway I could be mailed a check Or credit my Method of payment And I can’t come in at the moment because I am in a boot because I injured my foot non weight bearing.
I was told by a woman who said she was the manager that it’s not her problem that I broke my foot, she proceeded to tell me that they were wondering when I was going to come in and pick up my refund and I told her I did attempt to do that twice on the days I was off however right now it’s going to be at least two possibly three weeks before I can come in because I injured my foot.
I asked to speak with the owner she said the owner is not gonna talk to you. They’re just gonna hand the information off to her and she would call me when I explain to her that I spoke to the owner or a gentleman a month ago I would like to speak to the same person. She then told me I was being rude. When actually, I was trying to be nice to her.
So once again, I asked her to please give the owner my name and my information and to please call me because I would like to talk with him since he is who I spoke to last month in October. They will not mail a check and they refused to issue me a credit back on my credit card. So hopefully in a couple weeks when I come back, my money is still going to be there updated 11-14-2025 2:10 pm
Well, it’s now December 1 it is currently 10:15 AM. I spoke to the gentleman at 10 AM to let him know I was out of my walking boot and I would be in to collect the money that he told me he would refund me. He started yelling at me for approximately five minutes Now telling me he’s not giving me my money back. It’s not my fault. He said I had a broken foot I told him it wasn’t my fault either and now he’s showing he’s not even a man of his word so I did tell him I was going to update my review and contact the Better Business Bureau, which I will. I never received a call as I requested a couple weeks ago. Never got anything except yelled at because I happen to go here and got bad food that ended up in the trash. Here’s an update photo showing. I’m sitting in the parking lot wanting to get my money and he refused to give it to me so I’m not going to walk in. I guess I’ll just go home. It’s terrible when people lie to you. I don’t mind paying good money for food, but when it’s bad, I expect people to honor what they say and refund my money.

My wife and I ate here for the first time and will definitely be back. We live in Virginia and came to Florida to visit family.I googled over a dozen Italian Restaurants and based on reviews, we chose Gino’s . Everything was great. The food , the atmosphere and service were excellent. Our server , Karen, made it extra special !!!!! Give her 10 Stars .

We came here after my nieces basketball game and it happened to be my mom’s birthday who passed away last year. Carlee was AMAZING! From her cheerful demeanor to extensive knowledge of the menu, offering suggestions and favorites. I got the Karen Special which was a doctored up white pizza with basil, tomato and balsamic! Delicious!!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. We mostly had pizza but my dad had the trio which is stuffed pasta with a meatball or sausage and said it was very good. Great experience, we will be back! Thank you!

Met friends here for dinner around Christmas, we were so impressed,we brought friends back last week. It’s 40 minutes away, but we’ll worth the drive! Delicious! The food is fantastic! My husband ordered pizza, loved it! Best crust in Florida!
I enjoyed the Italian wedding soup and the eggplant rolitini. Huge portions, great Italian flavor. Fresh baked bread was fantastic!

I visited about two weeks ago, and I cannot stop thinking about the food I enjoyed here. Everything was so fresh, delicious, and very clearly made with love. I ordered the eggplant parmesan sub and a cannoli (both pictured). Incredibly tasty, wonderful service, and clean environment (despite having a party of 40+ prior to seating us). I plan on dining here again as soon as possible! You won’t regret it.

WE LOVE GINO’S! This is our go-to pizza place, and we love the thin crust pizza! They will split a pizza and do half one type, half another. It’s great for a date with mini carafes of wine! We enjoy the garlic knots and caprese salad appetizer. My kids love the pastas, especially the lasagna. We also love their great variety of gelato flavors.

I am a longtime customer of Gino’s because I like to support our local restaurants. The pizzas I get are always good. A few times such as last night when I get an entrée I am less than impressed. My boyfriend had the spaghetti with marinara sauce. He said the pasta was good, but the sauce was a strange taste. I had the Chicken Marcelo (sp) and the chicken was dry, hard to eat and the sauce lacked flavor. They also added a six dollar charge for delivery and since I normally tip $10 it ends up being $16 just for the delivery. I wanna make sure The Driver is actually getting a decent amount. I will say, though the soup last night was the best they’ve ever made. We had the pasta fisuli (sp) and the minestrone We’re Excellent!. They had an extra zing to them that they normally never have.
I may still get a pizza once in a while from Gino’s, but I will have to skip the entrées. I will say the delivery that was always very quick. However, the tracking of your order online, doesn’t work correctly. It was being delivered while the status online was confirmation.
