The pizza here is solid and very enjoyable. While it may not be the best I’ve ever had, it is still very good and satisfying. The crust has a nice texture, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and well-balanced. It’s a dependable spot for anyone looking for a tasty pizza, whether for a casual meal or a quick bite with friends. The overall experience is pleasant and worth a visit if you are in the area.

The decor is simple and nice, clean lines and comfortable booths. You can dine in for table service or grab slices and sit adjacent to in the designated area. Table service costs you a 3% fee. Baked clams were really tasty but a tad on the saltier side. Sicilian slice was better than the Grandma’s but still very good. My favorite was the stuffed meat slice (ham, sausage and pepperoni) and the Crispino slice. Also Sicilian style crust with roasted peppers and fresh basil.

The food here is amazing. The waiters and servers are very nice and kind and the food is delicious. The pizza is cheap, around 5$ a slice and they give you a decent portion for your price. They also have TVs around the restaurant that always play the most popular sports game on. Come here if you are ever hungry in town!

Gino’s has been a staple of Great Neck culture for generations, a hit spot for pizza and other classic Italian dishes with a traditional New York pizzeria atmosphere. Your nose instantly perks from the zesty scents beyond the door, which you open to busy folks making different types of pizzas in multiple pan ovens behind a glass display of what’s been prepared so far for the day.
Beyond that is a where you can be seated at intimate tables or traditional booths where you can have a cozy meal.
I have been coming to this place from since I was 9 years old with my folks, to high school years with friends, to just the other day, currently in my 30’s. I was tired from picking up things and wanted a nostalgic dinner to myself. What is amazing is I saw people of all ages still dining here and everyone working here is always so welcoming, casual and nice to their customers. I didn’t get anything fancy but I will admit I definitely treated myself! I enjoyed myself, catching my breath, reflecting and truly being present with hot, delicious slices of extra cheese pizza and bubbly, crisp root beer.
I left with a full stomach and a smile as I said goodbye to a place full of fond memories I hope I can see again soon!

Grabbed a quick slice of cheese pizza in the early afternoon. After a family event, ordered carryout pizza to take to our hotel room 1 block away. Oh man, it was so good!! Great crust, great sauce! We ate half and saved the rest. I ate 2 slices (I also love cold pizza) on the drive home the next day, and re-heated the last 2 slices the next day. That fantastic pizza sustained me for three days!! Would highly recommend Gino’s when you’re in Great Neck!

The pepperoni pizza was super oily I had to use napkins to absorb the extra grease. The pizza was reheated to order and the staff there were super nice. The crust itself was so crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, and also not too thick or thin – one of the rare times I finished the crust. If there wasn’t that much grease I would’ve definitely liked it more. It was also $5 +tax for a slice

This place is so good. We were visiting USMMA and tried this place out. Crust, sauce, and cheese was all excellent. Tried 3 places in Brooklyn yesterday: L&B’s, Luigi’s, and DiFara’s. Honestly thought this place was better than all of them. Squares had perfect crust and edges. Plain was perfect. Lots of other options to please everyone 8n the family. We will be back.

I’d read of some reviews of Gino’s online whilst looking for somewhere to have pizza – so I thought I would give it a try!
Boy I was glad for that decision!
The pizza was excellent, a nice thin and crispy base, and was flavourful, I really enjoyed my 3 slices, beware the slices are generously sized
It was a great place and evening to watch fellow customers and the staff do their think!
Well worth a visit!
