Our waitress was very friendly and attentive with a great sense of humor. She had our whole table laughing numerous times. And there was hardly a moment when our glasses would be empty, if I did empty my glass, a refill was a very brief wait. And even when my glass would be low, I was still offered a refill. Our waitress gave great service.
And the food was spectacular. The portions were large and the taste was incredible. We were given bread before we ordered our appetizers and I could hardly refrain from eating more. The butter made the bread taste immaculate and I went through multiple servings alone.
For my entree I ordered the Swiss smash burger. The fries were unbelievably good. And my burger was so large I could hardly finish it.
I hadn’t eaten in the entire day and I was stuffed. And for consideration. I am a man of much larger proportions

At Ginos now, and have currently been waiting an hour for my food. I’ve been here once before and ordered takeout a few times. The takeout is usually ready in 25 minutes so I’m not sure why we’ve been waiting an extremely long time for everything today. Server didn’t even bring bread until the salad came….
In the same breath we watched another couple come in after us and get most of their food before us.
The food is usually pretty good. Wondering what the difference is today in how long it’s taking versus when we pick up. My boyfriend isn’t happy with how the salmon tastes or how his pasta is seasoned. And my Mussels are overcooked

Update – Gino took the time to personally cook us dinner and made good on his promise. Absolute class act and the food and service was fantastic. The bartender Juliann was very sweet and took care of us. It’s so refreshing in this day and age to see a local restaurant owner who cares about his customers. Thanks Gino!
Ordered the chicken Alfredo for $26 to go and there was almost no sauce on the noodles there was no Alfredo it was just chicken and noodles lol. Nice atmosphere and service but the food was terrible and WAY too expensive for what they produced.

Who ever answers the phone 445pm Friday was the kindest person! On arrival immediately greeted and just friendliness. Food was amazing the garlic cheese bread oh my my! The spicy shrimp pasta oh oh so good! I’ll 100% be back! The inside is so nice you would never know looking from outside!

Decent food very expensive for what you get. Also food takes forever to get out. Not sure what they’re doing back there but an hour and a half for a burger and some wings??? Unacceptable. Overall if you want to wait long and the food just being okay than yeah i recommend. Otherwise don’t waste your literal time.

Really good Italian food served by a very friendly staff. The homemade bread, meatballs, and tiramisu were highlights. We will be back with the kids next time, I know they’ll love it. So happy to have this in our town.

Ordered an entire catered meal for 60 this past weekend. Food was all delivered on time, piping hot to the party center we used in Strongsville. All my guests raved about the food.
Antipasto, lemon chicken, penne and meatballs, salad and green beans. Portions were extra generous. Faves were the meatballs and chicken, of course! Gino is very easy to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend Gino’s for your next catered event.

Server was nice and friendly. Very disappointing food though. Sauce was so runny and watery – both Alfredo and marinara. Bread was pretty good. Also for an Italian restaurant- please get actual parmesan or mozzarella cheese. Not the kind that sits in a Shaker bottle all day at room temp.
Also the music was so loud the server had a hard time hearing us we were practically yelling and my daughter was very upset with the loud environment.

Went on 12/9. Be patient. Understaffed and very popular. The wait is worth it. Deeeelicious food. Did I say how awesome the food is? Best meatballs I’ve ever had. Cavatelli was out of this world. Affordable priced and sizable portions. Staff was busting their butts as was one of the owners. Employees are super kind. Respect. We’ll be back for sure.
