I ordered from Gino and Joe’s Pizzeria today and had a great experience! Placed the order over the phone, and by the time we pulled up, everything was ready right on time. The staff were super friendly—even someone outside the store offered to help us open the door, which was a really nice surprise.
We tried a few different pizzas, and everything was delicious. The veggie pizza was a hit with my family—it even had eggplant, which we’ve never had on pizza before, and everyone loved it! I personally really enjoyed the buffalo wings pizza, and the cheese pizza was good too (just wish the crust was a bit crispier).
Overall, the food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Not from the area we were passing by, we stopped because there is parking right in front of the restaurant and a dining area. Woah did we make the right decision, this place is a gem !!! Food was fast and service was great !! The dining area was spacious and very clean, but the pizza is the star absolutely the best pizza we’ve ever had hands down. Chewy crust cooked to perfection just enough sauce that’s a bit spicy and loads of real cheese. The wings were big and cooked to perfection and the mozzerall sticks were phenomenal we even had a debate about these being hand breaded and not frozen. We decided they are hand breaded and not frozen. We will forever compare future pizza to Joe and Gino’s. Thank you to the owner who was so sweet to our children.

I’ve said this before: Sometimes you find the best pizza in places that look a tad shabby. A large Neapolitan pepperoni pie and an order of fries were just right for a party of four. The pizza came out very fast. Loved the flavors. The fries were essentially standard fare, but hot and crispy. They were also served quickly. Pricing was quite fair. Glad I tried it.

The food is always great. I put in an order in advance so it would arrive at 6:45. When I called the store to find out the delay they said there is a parade. They should have called me to let me know. Also when I called the girl on the phone wasn’t completely sure where my order is. You’re employees should know if food has been sent out. Very disappointed in the customer service aspect.

From Oklahoma and traveled to Syracuse, New York for my husbands work. Never had New York pizza, so we were excited to try it for the first time. I just randomly choose this place and folks…..we were not disappointed one bit. If anything, I was disappointed there was no left overs; My family ATE.
I had no idea there were different types of ways to make pizzas; Sicilian, Sheet, Neapolitan…etc. I just took a chance and choose Neopolitan and it was exactly what I wanted – thin sliced pizzas.
The Red Garlic sauce is just their pizza sauce with minced garlic on top. Best flavor ever.
Going to eat here again before we leave to go back home.

The only place I truly love the pizza. Got a 16″ thing crust, 5 piece buffalo fingers, large antipasta and 2 liter Pepsi and only paid about $45. Can’t beat that price!!! Everyone is friendly and don’t make you wait around.

So Gino & Joe’s has been my go-to for take out in B’ville. Sometimes it is hit and miss and I usually let it go, but tonight’s order was unacceptable. I ordered a Chicken Parm dinner. The dinner consists of 90% pasta, and a tiny, very thin piece of chicken that was very tough to eat, as it was way over cooked. As you can see in the photos, it’s mostly pasta, the tiny thin piece of chicken, and all the breading and cheese from the chicken. I use to order a LOT from them, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else again from them. I’ve gotten Chicken Parm dinners from other locations that are way better in quality, quantity and value. I am not sure what’s going on with with their hit and misses, but this is a miss that I won’t be missing anymore, nor will I recommend Gino & Joe’s to anyone else.
