We have been to Ginnos twice with very large groups, and our experience has been amazing both times. The Italian food is very delicious. Big portions and affordable prices. The service has been very good and quick. Great vegetarian options too.

Ginno’s is a must go if you’re in cameron, food was decent, older building, but AMAZING staff! Hear alot about it from friends and worth the 20 minute drive!

Food was good. Small town Italian can surprise you. I was surprised. Ordered two meals. One to eat, one for tomorrow. Barely broke 20 with a tip.

Based on the ratings I was expecting better food and atmosphere. The Ginnos salad was good and the house dress, a tomato vinaigrette, was very good. The lasagna was average and needed a little more salt and more sauce and ricotta. The trio was good. Seving size is large we walked out with leftovers for another meal for both of us and the price was great! The atmosphere definitely is lacking. A good deep cleaning, update and paint would definitely help or just bring wine and you wont notice. FYI, it is BYOB.

Authentic Italian food. Had the Ginno’s special pasta, and the wife had a pizza. Both were very good. Sauce was extraordinary. The restaurant could use some TLC, but the food was great.

Only choice in Cameron (that I know of) for Italian food, but a very good one. Down side is, the restaurant is small, I estimate 12 tables available, can be busy at 12/6, they do not take reservations. Plus side the food is great. Great reports from my party on chicken parm, shrimp scampi, & chicken fettuccine, I had the Caesar salad & felt it was just average, as it was a bit watery, as it seems after washing lettuce that it did not have time to dry. Also no schredded parmesan on the salad, no fresh black pepper. But I have eaten here several times & I am pleased with entree’s. The philly cheese steak pizza, I have been told, is excellent. Service was good & friendly. Locally owned, & glad to have Italian choice in Cameron as opposed to so many Mexican food options.

Service is a little slow but the food makes up for it. Even the antipasto salad was delicious! Everyone at our table enjoyed the food.

It had a decent atmosphere on the inside and the staff were nice. We had the shrimp Alfredo and supreme pizza; it all tasted great and was very flavorful. I would recommend it.
