This is the absolute best Thai food in the Silverdale/Poulsbo area. The spring rolls were super crispy and well seasoned and the plum sauce was perfect. We had the pad broccoli with a glorious amount of golden garlic and the spicy mango beef. The beef was tender and the mango was so juicy,bthe spice level was perfect and the veggies were crisp. The garlic broccoli was amazing, very flavorful and perfectly cooked. The Thai iced teas were great as well. The service was amazing and so helpful and it made the experience great. Definitely give them a try, this would be perfect for a date or group dinner(so you can order more items and share!)

Its been a long time since I’ve been to this spot. The last time here was when it was still Bahn Thai. The new owners cleaned the place up. Looks nicer and its more lively. Service was great as well. The menu had a lot of good choices. It was hard to pick.
We got crab rangoon to start. The GF got the mango curry and I got the Pad See Ew. Wow, food was amazing! They definitely hit the flavors spot on! For dessert, we got mango ice cream. They were out of the mango sticky rice.
Overall, we enjoyed everything. We definitely plan on coming back 🙂

My friends, who were visiting from AZ, and I went for my birthday dinner! We were seated right away but had to wait to order/eat because they were pretty busy and short staffed. As soon as we ordered and got our food it was well worth it! They have some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, which is why I brought my friends. And their servers are super nice as well! One of the only places I would wait a while to eat the food, and if you’re with the right people the wait shouldn’t matter! 🙂 i also think they have the best calamari I’ve ever tasted

This is hands down my favorite Thai spot, period. Everything I try feels better than the last thing. The food is incredible. Balanced and bursting with flavor.
Very reasonably priced comparative to similar spots in the area. Filling portions, and excellent quality.
Feels decently spacious, I never feel overcrowded in here with the table spacing and at the same time the atmosphere is very cozy and somewhat refined. Everything is always very clean, the staff has always been very nice and accommodating and they are typically really quick. This is genuinely my favorite date night spot, irrespective of cuisine choice.
Among the things we’ve had, my least favorite has been the ribeye with garlic rice special. It wasn’t bad, but it was the only thing that I’ve had here that didn’t WOW me. Literally everything else has been incredible. We never leave without mango sticky rice.
I’ve never seen them terribly busy and part of me wants to gatekeep forever but they absolutely deserve your attention. This is a confident five stars because they have never let me down.
Also worth mentioning, I’d also been here when it was Bahn Thai. Bahn Thai was decent. Ginn Imm is sensational.

This is our new go to place for Thai. Very friendly and prompt service. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
They also offer Gluten Free options.
The portions are also huge. My wife and I ended up splitting the pumpkin curry and had leftovers for a full meal for each of us.

This place has a new name and the outside looks brighter and cleaner but the inside is the same. The food is comparable to the old place a Jan Thai. I would give the pumpkin curry a 4-atar rating and my wife raised the pad Thai as a 3-star. The pumpkin curry was huge and had lots of veggies. The chicken was little tough but still good, just not ample amount of chicken or rice, hence the 4-star rating. The pad Thai was mostly noodles and bean sprouts. The tofu was tough on the outside and spongy on the inside. It tasted like it was been sitting in a container for a while and wasn’t fresh. It would be nice if there were more veggies in the pad Thai.

We had chicken satay (great), Pad See Ew (good, but a little plain), house special noodle curry (good flavor, but a little too sweet), mango red curry (good), and volcano beef (Ok, also a little too sweet and the beef was in little tough chunks vs. Slices, but good flavor).
It was not very crowded, but service was very slow. There was only one server, and she was pleasant and accommodating, but took a very long time to respond and get the checks to us. It got more crowded, so I’m sure it slowed down more. They did have a “We’re Hiring!” Sign, so we assumed just understaffed.
One other complaint was that our table for 4 could NOT accommodate the 4 dishes plus 2 appetizer plates. There was literally not enough room and we had to use the window ledge for one of the app plates.
There are tables with regular chairs, and also booths where you sit on pillows that looked comfortable and were bigger, but not sure how they’d work to actually eat at.
Overall I’d go back and give them another chance for sure. Hopefully they’ll have more servers next time.

This has become my new go-to/favorite Thai restaurant in the county! My sister and I tried them for the first time at the beginning of this month and had to come again before the month ended. Both times we’ve gone there were no wait times—we were seated as soon as we walked in. The ambiance is great. The booths are separated by dividers and the seats are very comfortable. The servers are super nice and attentive. They have a call button so there’s no need to physically flag them down when needed.
Here are the things we’ve tried:
– Garlic soft shell crab — SOO GOOD!!! super crunchy and the plum sauce is amazing. Great serving size for sharing.
– Jumbo prawns with panang curry — it was good but nothing too special about it.
– Thai fried rice — very good but half of the serving is literally the ingredients so there wasn’t as much rice as I would’ve liked.
– Tom Kha — AMAZING. If I ever need my Tom Kha fix, this will be the place I’ll be going. The small size is good for 2 people.
– Crab rangoons — flavorful, one of the best I’ve tried in the area.
– Mango sticky rice — so yummy! if you’re getting a dessert, I highly recommend trying this out.
– Thai iced tea — gooood stuff. Cannot go wrong with this one.
Overall I love this place! Easily has become my go-to for my Thai food fix. Will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our first visit here. Food was very good with larger than expected portions. You can choose your spice level which I keep low as I’m not a huge fan of super spicy. My wife enjoys spicy but on a first visit will stay low to get a gage of the baseline. Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant offers table and booth seating. Easy to have conversations without trying to hear over other tables. Parking was easy as well.
