I got the spicy tuna roll (with avocado/inside out add on) and Snow White roll, and both were amazing! I absolutely love the options of add ons – Ginger had a lot of options including avocado, mango, cucumber, cream cheese and more. It was also ready super quick and good prices. 10/10!

Once again a great experience at this little place. We had enough time so we decided to sit down inside the restaurant, rather than the usual takeout routine. I got three sushi rolls and my friend got the sashimi lunch special, along with two portions of warm sake. Everything was great. Prices for the sushi rolls went up a bit in the last year or so, but that’s understandable, and maybe they’ll come back down again. If this happens, it will only mean even more visits to Ginger in Bedford.

This is my childhood sushi restaurant. Back then it was maybe a third the size it is now, adorably cozy. I tried raw fish for the first time here and it remains excellent. To be honest, I like the old layout better; it was cozy and felt like a hole-in-the-wall sushi restaurant in Japan (something I didn’t know as a kid). It’s still nice, but colder in atmosphere somehow. Still, the rolls are top tier and I’ve yet to have a bad hot dish as well.

The freshest fish. Tried Oishi and Toraya. Can definitely say that those places paled in comparison. Ginger’s dishes are inspired by the chef-owner who takes great pride in what he presents on his menu. Friendly staff. All-around positive vibe.

The prices for lunch are decent and the chicken katsu was good. The nabeyaki udon broth wasn’t flavorful enough for my taste though. The service was fine. All in all it’s a decent restaurant, but not the best I’ve had.
