I am an Asian who loves Dim Sum. I am so thrilled that this Ginger Dim Sum restaurant is in my home town Port Charlotte!! We had amazing, simply delicious chicken feet , taro puffs, shrimp and green onion steamed dumplings, spare ribs with black bean sauce, pan fried pork dumplings and egg custard tart for dessert. Lynn was such a wonderful and attentive waitress. The food was so good I forgot to take photos until there is just a pile of bones left. Luckily I got a shot of the egg custard tart which is as good as any restaurant in Hong Kong!! Do try this restaurant and give it a 10 star review!!

I’d definity give this place 5 stars. The atmosphere was great, our server was very friendly, and the food was great. I have no complaints. I come back here in a heartbeat. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

I travel for work and wanted something that’s a staple at home. Hard to find Chinese bbq places other than the normal American Chinese takeout that’s commonly found.

Got takeout and they were very kind and service very fast. Food very fresh and reasonably priced. Got the Yang zhou fried rice which was aromatic of wok hei and perfectly balanced on seasonings with lots of BBQ pork and shrimp. 2 bbq combo with the honey bbq pork and crispy pork belly which were tender.

Thank you for the great food

Awesome little spot! The food came out fast and everything tasted great—especially the Mongolian beef, it was delicious. The place has a quiet, laid-back vibe and the staff were really friendly. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Food was delicious.
Tried Mango chicken, Almond chicken, chicken lettace wraps, spring rolls. Vegetables in the dinners were very fresh.

All meals were good.
Rice is a side for dinners and one bowl easily fed two people.

Really recommend you give them a try.
Wait staff was friendly & attentive.

Thank you to all and managers please thank everyone behind the scenes. Great preparation.

We will be back. Thank you

Beautiful restaurant and super clean. The food was good and the staff was pleasant. The menu is decent size lot of different dishes to choose from. I would have given a clean 5 stars if the food had a little bit more authenticity. Reminds of the common typical cuisine you find here in Charlotte County

Well our food was definitely ready quickly. I ordered online. I was late picking it up. I had pad Thai. It was okay but a little odd for Pad Thai that I’m used to. It had green peppers and onions, regular white onions. That’s not how I’m used to Pad Thai. And it had no bean sprouts. The chicken that was in there was nice and tender and the texture I like. The noodles weren’t too wet. I hate when they’re wet. I enjoyed the scallion pancakes, which I tried for the first time. But they’re pretty greasy. I didn’t care for the vegetable egg rolls which had a fishy taste to them. For some reason. I had only one bite. My husband had bisto lo mein and I can’t comment on how it tasted because he hasn’t even tried it yet.
