The traditional Chinese dishes were excellent. The spicy chicken was on point, and the open atmosphere was really cool. I haven’t tried the hot pot yet, but I will soon. Service was quick and friendly.

They have tofu soup, hot pot, bulgogi bowls, some dim sum options I hadn’t had before…
Will definitely be returning, as there are many more dishes I want to try.

Had an incredible lunch at Ginger in Eureka this week!
Our party of five started with delicious dim sum appetizers before diving into some authentic hot pot. We did a 50/50 split with spicy broth and house broth—both were amazing!
I ordered lamb shoulder, pork belly, marinated beef, Chinese vegetables, and cabbage, noodles and everything was fresh and flavorful. The broth was absolutely fantastic—reminded me of the authentic hot pot I enjoyed in Taiwan last year.
The sauces were a highlight, too! They brought out five different kinds, including a spicy chili oil and a house garlic oil so…….good I could’ve eaten it by the spoonful.
The portions were huge, the price was super reasonable. When our broth started running low, the owner came out to top it off!
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious, and affordable hot pot, I can’t recommend Ginger enough. Definitely planning to go back!

I cannot believe this is the first time we’ve ever eaten at this restaurant! Everything was delicious even down to the fried ice cream! They got us in on Mother’s Day when everyone else hung up the phone on us. So grateful considering the reservations we made with another restaurant fell through because I did a weird limited menu that was not the smartest choice of foods. We will definitely be going back!

This is a great addition to local food spots. It’s Korean mostly, I love that serve dinner with bone broth and tea. We have tried multiple dishes, and all have been good. The family favorites are the bao buns, the garlic broccoli, and honey walnut prawns.

I tried the pork belly and a beef entrée, and both were outstanding. My waitress was incredibly kind, and the service made the experience even better. I’m so glad I decided to come here I’ll definitely be returning. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Accidentally found it because so many restaurants in Eureka are closed on Tuesdays. Wow. Beautiful place, clean, thoughtfully designed. Excellent service, good vibes. And the food. OMG, we’re cooks, we’re snobs about food–we were blown away. I had the crispy eggplant, like other reviewers have said, incredible. My husband had a spicy beef luncheon special; the beef was tender, brilliantly spiced. We’ve already made plans to return with friends.
