In 1975, after raising two fine sons, Gina fulfilled her lifelong dream and opened the doors of the very first Gina’s Pizza Restaurant in Corona Del Mar California. The rest, as they say, is history in the baking! Today the Costa family still faithfully honors Gina’s recipes and traditions. We slow cook all of our dishes and sauces from the finest ingredients and make as much as possible from scratch. Gina was great because she refused to lower her standards and at Gina’s Pizza we have the same mission. The Costa family, along with our Partners and Crew Members, feel privileged to work in an environment with a long-standing history of quality, and every day we work hard to keep Gina’s legacy alive. I ordered a lunch special pepperoni pizza with a Caesar salad and a drink. When I picked up my order, I realized it wasn’t correct — I received a cheese pizza, no salad, but a box of jalapeños instead.
I called Gina’s Pizza to let them know, and Giovanni helped me right away. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He refunded me without any hassle and told me that next time I come in, to let him know and they’ll take care of me.
Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Giovanni’s attitude and willingness to fix the issue really stood out to me. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and respectful he was.
Thank you to Giovanni and the entire Gina’s Pizza staff for the great service — I’ll definitely be back.

I was craving pizza and came across this spot on my drive home. I was a bit skeptical due to you being able to put whatever you want onto a slice. The pizza was not very good. The quality of cheese wasn’t great and the toppings didn’t seem fresh. More like canned mushrooms to me. There was no dine in and I think they were working on a patio area when I went. If you’re looking for good pizza with good ingredients I would try another spot.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat. First time experience for the both of us. Their pizza is absolutely amazing! Love the fact you can order a single slice. I went with a classic slice of Pepperoni; my girlfriend went with a slice of their Bianca pizza. Had to go with some garlic bread with hot marinara sauce. We were both speechless as we were savoring our pizza. Love the food, the atmosphere, and especially the kind service. Will definitely be coming back to try more!

Gina’s Italian Pizza is fantastic! We ordered a calzone and a Caesar salad to go, and both were exceptional. The calzone was perfectly baked with a crispy crust and flavorful fillings, while the Caesar salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the pickup experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend for delicious Italian food and great service!

This place was ok. Came here based on good online reviews. The pizza crust was my least favorite. Not a lot of chew and way too thick and bready for my preference. The top 1/3 of the crust got soggy with all the toppings.
We got the margarita. I was expecting a more traditional margarita with thin crust, blobs of fresh mozzarella, and big leaves of basil. It was different with diced tomatoes, LOTS of shredded basil, and smaller chunks of mozzarella. I felt it lacked flavor outside of the overpowering basil and tasted bland.
We got a “biggie” slice of the Bianca pizza too. It was overcooked and notwithstanding how huge it was, still WAY over priced ($12 for a slice!!!!) . The rosemary seasoning overpowered the rest of the flavors of the mascarpone cheese. The generous amount of chopped bacon bits added too much saltiness. Didn’t love it either.
For the money, I prefer other styles of pizza. Will likely not return.

we were in the area on christmas eve and were hesitant to visit any sit down restaurant because we thought it’d be a ton of people but really didn’t want to get fast food either. we opted to go with fettuccine alfredo pasta with chicken and barbecue chicken pizza from here. we ordered the medium size pizza and it was well more than enough for two people. we ordered the “dinner portion” of the pasta and it was just right. i didn’t catch his name but the older gentleman working behind the counter who charged us and brought out the food to the table was very kind and patient. i’d definitely return and would like to try another pizza with different toppings.

Delicious tasting pizza and great service.
I ordered a small “Godfather” pizza. The toppings were fresh and the crust was crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The toppings included sliced garlic. Which was a pleasant surprise. I love garlic!
