Great little restaurant. I had the western omelette, my son fruit french toast and my husband the country Benedict. It was about the best breakfast we have ever tasted. The cheese in the omelette was outstanding. We must be in Wisconsin!

Great place. The food was really good, but my steak was as over cooked. My waitress, an amazing older lady, offered to have my steak replaced. I said there was no need. Her effort was AMAZING! However, the cook needs to learn how to cook a steak according to the customers EXACT specifications. I will still stop here again one more time for another steak to see if it’s cooked correctly: that’s how good the food was.

Large portions, friendly service, busy lunch our but still parking and tables and booths available. Large varied menu. Strawberry salad (grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, spinach) was very good and so was the cookies and cream cheesecake pie.

Stopped here for late lunch, I had the patty melt with salad and fries, my wife had the Mediterranean sandwich with chicken dumpling soup and fries, both sandwiches were excellent, service was outstanding and prices very reasonable, next time we are in black river falls we want to try the breakfast here.

Do you wish to enjoy a nice quiet family restaurant? This is your place!! We stopped for a breakfast. The coffee came around non-stop with a smile on the waitress face! Even after we said we had enough she asked again just to be sure. That’s what I call happy service! The food was very good! I got the western omelet and it came with hash browns & toast. Too much for me but hubby helped.
