Me, thinking I’m going to stop in for a quick huarache on my way back down from MSP to Winona.
Huarache shows up and it’s bigger than my head! So much chicken (the counter guy was right that the grilled chicken was delicious) and avocado, lettuce, cheese, and somehow ripe tomato in the middle of February in Minnesota.
Delicious agua de jamaica with the right balance of sweet and sour.
No-frills classic dining room with an old Juan Gabriel movie playing on the TV and I could hear the kitchen staff joking with each other in the kitchen. It all felt like a hug.
Great experience and I’ll stop again when I’m driving through Red Wing.

What a great addition to red wing!
Delicious authentic Mexican food! Haven’t been disappointed yet with the food.
There is a small patio in the back. They have a drive thru as well. The inside is pretty small but clean. They don’t bring the food out to your table. The staff is very friendly and they have a small salsa bar. Get the green guacamole sauce, super delicious (kind of spicy if you like spicy)

I’ve had lunch here two time while on a work trip and I can’t say enough about them. I had congra burrito and texacano I had were phenomenal. Burritos as big as your forearm!! Highly recommend if you’re in Red Wing. They have an array of food on the menu from Breakfast to dinner!

Ok, burrito people, I have a burrito you CANNOT live your life without. (For those of you who are “meh” about burritos, then let this restaurant be the catalyst that gets you addicted to good Burritos.
Chad and I finished a motorcycle day trip down the MN border, hit some off-road trails, and were coming through Red Wing when we needed to put on our rain jackets for the night ride.
We pulled over in the parking lot of the holy grail of Burritos. They are amazing. We were obviously hungry, but that’s beside the point.
We had their:
Azteca burrito and the Carne Asada
Burrito PLUS their variety of sauces and spiced veggies.
We will be back! We enjoyed our amazing dinner on the pack patio (lots of seating with umbrellas) and indoor seating. Inside and outside is well kept and there are plenty of happy staff there to help make your meal amazing.

Went here with my son tonight, Hands down the best carne asada burritos we have had in a long time! The selection of hot sauce/salsa they have available are amazing too and the hot carrots! Thank you!

Fresh and authentic Mexican food! I really liked their crunchy taco and variety of meats for soft tacos. They also have a salsa bar and the prices are very reasonable. Would come back again! If you’re feeling adventurous I really liked the cabeza.

I got to pick dinner tonight as its my birthday so it was fitting that we eat at a Mexican restaurant as tradition for me so we went to Giliberto’s. I had casually mentioned it was my birthday so it was fitting to eat there. Next thing i know they brought out their fried ice cream i was not excepting that what so ever. So kind and generous and lively and just wonderful people working there. They have very very fresh food and authentic not like Fiesta Mexicana or Rancho Loco or taco bell so cheap and omg just delicious cant rave enough and they are open 24/7. Thats perfect as i work all hours of the morning and into evenings this is the family’s new hot spot. They need all the business sorry folks but thats my honest opinion and being a food lover its important to love the food you eat.

Their steak tacos are also great. So far everything is good but those two are my favorite. Staff is friendly and service is good.

Truly one of the best Mexican restaurants in Southeast Minnesota.
One of the only criticisms I have it should be open 24 hours like the
St Cloud location.
Or at least the drive-thru open 24 hours.
Besides that I’m still going to be returning for the fantastic and gigantic burritos
