Excellent dirty martini with extra olives just the way I like it. Could have had 2 more of those…yum.
I usually have pizza but this time got the Cuban sandwich and I am so glad I did.
The bread was soft with a slight crunch and the pork was succulent and tender with amazing flavor. They didn’t skimp on the pickles that added the balance of acid and crunch but the mojo dipping sauce was the glue that tied it together. My side of stony fries were excellent later..

First time, big space a lot of room. No wait, arrived at 4:30. I ordered the hamburger with Goronzola with fries, house ketchup and spices aioli. Wife ordered Salad with chicken and side of marinated onions. For drinks she had Pinot Gris and I had Doug Firocious IPA almost 9%, Piney, Bitter and a bit dank, opens up more as it warms up. We will be back for Happy Hour which during the week, picture is a bit fuzzy but just barely legible on a phone. Hoping they come back to Salem but its an easy drive, we became regulars in Salem a bit to late bit enjoyed our time there.

Where do I start!? The service is top notch, the food is unforgettable. Be nice to the staff they are always swamped but maintain a smile and friendly atmosphere!
Update 5/17/23: burgers were a disappointment, very dry, burnt and burger to bun ratio was off. Stick to the pizza and appetizers! Still great place to go!

Came for the weekend breakfast buffet (about $16 from 9-12 each weekend) and 10/10 would recommend!! Had live music that wasn’t obnoxious and food was great – chorizo w eggs, sausage and mushroom gravy, heathen hash…is only the start. Will definitely come again! Good was so good, I decimated it before thinking to grab pics. Here is some shots of the sausage, bacon rashers, sticky bun and mushroom gravy over chorizo

Food was a little dry but the worst part of the experience was the bill. Not that the food was a little expensive for dry food at a $145. with tip. Its that they ran the transaction 2 different times and ended up posting $261 to my bank account. Now if I had not looked at something else, then I would have just lost the money. Which I now have to waist my time trying to get it back. I called them about it and they are blaming their card machine company, even though there are 2 different transactions. I still havent received my money back from them or an apology.

We had Valentines dinner there 2026. The Surf N Turf special was amazing. It should a regular on the menu. Also, the server Buck was outstanding!! He was polite, attentive and so friendly.

Great food, great atmosphere and great service!! We were with my sister who is GF. Pizzas, hamburgers, and sandwiches all have GF options. I also tried a flight of Gilgamesh beers, and they were great. I had the pasta with smoked chicken, we had chicken strips and a GF burger both with fries. There was also a Saturday breakfast buffet that looked fantastic. But they were just finishing up when we arrived around lunch. I would definitely recommend a meal here!!

I’d be embarrassed to be the owners. Ordered some Mac and cheese and it was the blandest Mac on planet earth. Would have rather just made some Kraft at home. Ordered the drunken mushrooms and it took my server 30 minutes to tell me they ran out and wasted 30 minutes sitting for no reason. Clearly the cook doesn’t care. Clearly the service doesn’t care and worst it seems the ownership doesn’t care anymore either. One of the worst spots now in independence. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Such a bad experience and waste of money I will never be going back again. Very overpriced for the poor quality of food. I don’t even think a homeless person would eat it for free. Gilgamesh went from a hot spot to a total joke. Trust me don’t go here.

Service is HORRIBLE, 30min to order drink, food came before the drink. 20% auto gratuity practically ensures that server never comes by to wait on us. Why should they, apparently no need to earn the tip. Manager claims gratuity justified cause we ended up sitting at a table with other people… establishment would be great except for very poor service, attitude and gratuity requirement. We tell all our friends to watch out for the bogus 20% add on.
