Very cozy nook that delivered the breakfast punch . The space was limited to indoor seating (seasonal off course) which resulted in a 30 minute(exactly) wait. However,definitely worth the wait. The service was impeccable with the staff’s ( team approach) very efficient and courteous. Coffee is excellent and the food was fresh ( phenomenal). We had a mini feast ( exploring): shrimp basket which consisted of loaded shrimp, and well done French fries with a side of Flounder( request). The egg sandwich was loaded and Kaiser roll soft. The pancakes were interestingly thinner than I’m used to but perfectly done and tasty. I’m not a fan of grits but this was well done and not too overwhelming with additives.Reagan my server never allowed my coffee cup to run dry and ensured we were engaged throughout. Thank you Reagan for your warmth and friendly service. Hope I didn’t butcher your name. You can’t miss her, a petite young lady with the warm personality ✌

The best thing about our visit here was that it sits on the water. It also has some cool memorabilia on the small inside area. The food was okay. The pancakes were huge and were better than my corn beef sandwich which I thought would be like the ones I’ve gotten in Cleveland but it wasn’t at all. It came with a bag of chips. The eggs and sausage were okay. The place was very busy so, maybe we just didn’t pick the right meals.

Big disappointment. The waiter did not bring us what we asked for and forgot about it. The food was so unpleasant and blend, we could not even finish it. French toast was saggy and not pleasant to eat.
We also had to wait to be seated for 30 min.
I think this place is “an emperor with no clothes”. The only great thing about this place was its location right on the water. That’s all. This place needs to step up their game!

Everything was wonderful. Loved the location. Came for lunch right by the aquarium in town. Very clean and felt like home. Ate lunch outside beautiful day for it. Would visit again when at the casinos. Or boat cruise. Only thing I didn’t like was the fish and chips were very greasy for like taste but everything else was on point.

I’ve always enjoyed the other Gilchrist restaurants and wanted to try this one. The fact that it is on the water is just awesome. It’s so relaxing. In typical Gilchrist style, the food is always delicious.
