One of the best cupcakes in the Austin area! They offer a great variety of flavors, and the prices are very reasonable. The small dine-in area is a nice touch, allowing you to enjoy your cupcake fresh.They have gluten free option.

Only con was that you’re unable to customize anything under a dozen mini cupcakes. Would be super neat if the 4 pack was customizable but the top 4 were still delicious.

Cupcakes! I very excited to try them out, after see so many episodes on TV. The young lady who helped me didn’t smile, not inviting just bland. I feel like when working in such a store with all the sugar & sweets you should have a smile on your face 100% just a up beat spirit.
So I purchased two cupcakes (Cherry cheesecake, Oreo and 4 little variety minis).
My personal opinion cherry cheesecake was the best one. All the other ones that I picked were dry no moistness hard with no flavor. I was disappointed.
Other than that the shop was clean smelled clean.

The girlfriend has loved each cupcakes she’s tried so far. I’ve tasted the lemon cupcake, and it was nice. The location was a bit out of the way, but wasn’t difficult finding a hole in traffic so we could get into the lot.

Gigi’s is so amazing! I ordered the Sweetheart Box for my wife on Valentine’s. There was an issue with the delivery that wasn’t their fault. The employee that I spoke to did everything in her power to make sure it was delivered in a timely manner. Thank you for helping me make this day even more special. Oh and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious!

Ridiculous ….birthday cakes require two weeks notice and they said couldn’t doin two days … so I said never mind and he put me on hold and came back and said we could do it for $35 rush fee… on top of a 6 inch cake is already $80

The cake was absolutely delicious!!!! I planned a surprise bridal shower for my best friend while I am in VA and while they specialize in cupcakes they were able to accommodate the base and we add the decorations. This place was recommended by a friend who lives in the area. Honestly the cake was so delicious we could have done without decorations! They were patient and accommodating! Even with us running late to pick up the cupcakes on the day of the wedding they were pleasant and waited! Definitely will be back if we are in the area!
