Giggy D’s Bar & Grill – Join us for great food and sports! Today’s Giggy D’s is the result of over fifty years of family traditions. Delivering joy and pleasure to the palette was one of the many ways that Curtis M. King Sr, a long-serving distinguished US Army Vietnam Veteran, brought an escape to the combat troops. Later he brought that same level of service into a neighborhood culinary landmark with his wife Deborah (Dee). Together they created fantastic cuisine based on whole and wholesome food with time-proven recipes that kept everyone coming back for more. This included their four boys with insatiable appetites. At Giggy D’s we believe that sharing good food and good times fosters happiness by strengthening the human connection.

I want to start by disclosing that I came back because I was given a certificate to give this place another chance. I also tried the other location to compare the experience.
Overall, the food still did not stand out. The fries were greasy and bland. This time I ordered the BLTA, which was just okay. The garlic aioli didn’t really come through and I could barely taste it. The lettuce, avocado, and tomato were fresh, and the bacon was good. I added chicken, but it had no flavor and felt like an afterthought. My wife ordered wings and a chicken salad. She said the salad was average at best, but she really enjoyed the wings, which she felt were the best part of the meal.
I noticed the chicken sandwich I had last time now has a “club it” version with add-ons. I’m not sure if that was available before or added after my last review, but for an extra four dollars it didn’t feel worth it.
In the end, I was still not impressed. The food was lackluster and the price does not match the quality. With so many new places opening in the area, I don’t see how this place will stand out with food that feels subpar. It may work for some people, but for me this was my last visit. I hope one day they can prove me wrong, but without major changes I don’t see much potential.
The positive side of my visit was the service. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and welcoming. She was the best part of the experience.

We’ve been here a lot since they’ve opened, (but not regulars) because it’s nearby and they have good service & good beer options. We’re just not big fans of the food and I don’t think the menu has ever been updated. Just wish they’d improve or get new options on their menu. Even a good cob, crispy chicken or chopped salad would be a nice change. We’d be regulars if they could figure out a better menu.

Mmm. Decided to try this as a family of 4 plus two grandparents. This is not the place to do that. It was so loud, we found we couldn’t really have a good conversation. Mind you this is on a Wednesday at 4:45. The food really is that pub style food, so sure if you’re looking at getting a drink and some greasy food to go with it, this is the place! The server was really nice but couldn’t hear us when taking our order apparently because he got our appetizer wrong. We ordered two French dips (bad choice), they lacked flavor, just not good. The fries however were good and so were the Tator tots I thought. The battered fish was meh, not much flavor there besides being battered and then the onion rings just tasted like fish. Which I’m sure the onions rings were probably fried in the same fryer. My daughter’s burger was not cooked well and still had some pink in the middle. However my other daughter’s chicken tenders were sadly probably the best thing on the table and that’s saying something. I do want to mention that the portion sizing was great though. I’m glad we tried it to know we probably won’t be back.

Nice new place . Staff was friendly and reasonable drinks . Food left a lot to be desired . Onion rings were excellent but the finger steaks are awful. Tough and poor quality. Definitely over used word calling them sirloin. Poor portion size for sure

Pretty good food here. My grandson had the Giggy Extra Biggy burger. It looked awesome. The wings were decent, the garlic fries were good. Service was great. Prices are on the high side $20 for a burger and fries.

Mickie was our bartender this evening and did an incredible job. Super friendly and made great recommendations! Seating was open and the bar stools comfortable. Energy here is modern and very clean. Loved the menu for both food and drinks *Chefs kiss*
