We did take out and glad we did. Place was busy but what impressed me was the delicious smells as soon as you enter. Did 8” pizza with mushrooms and sausage. Crust crispy and just right. Used fresh mushrooms which made it even tastier. Perfect for one person. Also ordered Spinach Rolls which was out of this world. Lasagna noodles done perfect and wrapped around spinach and ricotta. Topped with mozzarella and the marinara sauce was exquisite. Balance of herbs and tomatoes tasted like tomatoes and not the tin taste you get from other local places. Small fresh salad accompanied the meal which honestly could easily feed two people.
The place has a small bar which we did not try.

Pizza was better than average, dining area was nice. Staff was helpful and refilled drinks regularly. Unfortunately I do have to dock a few stars on the rating. Was excited to see a cheese slate but many items were unavailable and I had to pass. May I suggest a chalk board that lists out what’s available instead of being in the menu? I can see how the supplies for these items could be difficult to obtain but it’s confusing for the customer and the staff it seemed to verify what is on hand.

2023: Delicious pizza! The Sonoma is fabulous, definitely our favorite of what we ordered, but the Maui Love (yes, pineapple belongs on pizza) and the pepperoni were also great. They have a small bar, dine-in, and take out. The ladies working out front were very nice! Absolutely, we will order from here again!

If the outer banks was going to have its own “pizza”The way New York, or Brooklyn have their own style, this would be it. Somewhere in between bar pizza and gourmet is gidgets. The dough feels kind of heavy, but it doesn’t just sit in your stomach, it is a perfect blend. Factor in the perfect cheese and sauce ratios and you have something special, they’re toppings are premier their attention to detail is unparalleled. This is not only a fine dining establishment, this is a place where a communities come together. This is the type of place where you can have a small business meeting, a date, or just when you want to show somebody something special. I have never had a bad experience here, I don’t know anybody who has, I don’t even know anybody who hasn’t loved everything they’ve ever had here. This is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough.

A super pleasant surprise! We wanted to try a somewhere different on our annual trip. So glad we stopped in. If you like a crisp crust with just a slight chewiness this pizza is perfect! The bruschetta was simply divine! Toasted nicely, and lots of flavor! I had the spinach and mushroom fettuccine Alfredo. It was amazing. Salads were fresh and good. Service was friendly and efficient even though she was the only server working. Just like every other restaurant in America they are probably searching for workers, so give them a break and tip well! Can’t wait to come back next year!

I ordered take out from here on my way in from a work trip. I ordered the signature personal pizza & arugula salad…probably one of the best salads I have ever had! Everything was so fresh & it had a homemade fig vinaigrette. The pizza was just as phenomenal. I’ll definitely be making a trip back here before my weekend stay is over!
