Took a family member out for a birthday.

Made reservations and was seated close to the reservation time.

Our server was Joey and sadly I didn’t catch his female co-server. Both provided excellent customer service.

Prior to placing our order for the main meal, he brought a tray to display and explain the different cuts of meat and lobster that they had a available.
That presentation made one of our party change their mind on what cut of meat to try.

The main courses we ordered were the Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, and Australian New York Strip.

We had several sides of Creamed Spinach, Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Twice Backed Potato, Grilled Asparagus.

All the food was prepared to perfection.

Finally we had the Creame Brulee and the birthday Hot Fudge Sundae.

We would recommend this location for the excellent food and service.

Nice, upper scale but still casual atmosphere/dress. Busy for Thanksgiving but not too noisy. Food and service was excellent. Crab cake appetizer was amazing. We were 8, 3 had the turkey dinner, 2 pork chops, 2 marinated skirt steaks and 1 ribeye. All delicious and sides are very shareable! The baked sweet potato was a small football…we ate a 1/4 of it between 2 of us. Highly recommended

Had a Date night with an old friend and it was one of the Best Restaurants I been to in the area. Everything fell into place from the Valet to the List station to meeting our server. I highly recommend the Crabmeat avocado. The soup was great. The Steak was Cooked to perfection just the way I ordered it plus my Baked potato was huge. .my friend also had the same Dish and no complaints from Her which surprised me because she is picky. I recommend the creme brulee for dessert. I will go back again

I’ve always enjoyed dining at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse and, up until the end of this visit, everything was going well. The service was fair and although the atmosphere was loud and we were sandwiched in between two loud four tops, it was what I’ve come to expect, and the meal itself was very good.

Unfortunately, things took a disappointing turn when I asked to have my (very large) crab leg wrapped up to take home. After waiting quite a while and realizing it hadn’t come back, I alerted our waiter, who responded by asking, “Well, how much was left?” I explained nearly the whole leg. A few minutes later, a box was brought to the table. Since we were settling the bill I noticed a new order had been rung up and then refunded on the check, I didn’t think twice about it.

However, when I got home and opened the box, I was shocked to find only a very small piece of crab inside — and it appeared that much of the meat had been removed. It was nowhere near what had been left on the plate. (See photo.)

As someone who previously worked decades in fine dining at a steakhouse, I understand how busy things can get and that mistakes happen. But the way this was handled — especially the condition of what was returned — left a really bad taste in my mouth. It turned what is usually a great experience into a very disappointing one.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this is not the level of service I’ve come to expect here.

First time at Gibsons and honestly this place blew me away. We sat outside on the patio right by the waterfall, the atmosphere was incredible. The place was busy but alive, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

I wasn’t super hungry so I kept it simple and ordered the Prime Ribeye Steak Sandwich with grilled tomato, baby arugula, and horseradish cream. Wow. Hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The ribeye was cooked medium, super tender and juicy, every bite packed with flavor. The horseradish cream gave it just the right kick without being too much, and everything together just worked. That sandwich was memorable, one of those meals that sticks with you.

Next time I’m definitely going for a full steak, but even just the sandwich showed me why this place has the reputation it does. Best spot in town, no doubt.

The seafood Tower and the ribeye were fantastic. Also love the carrot cake. It’s about the size of your head. Service was great also. Nice place but loud if you’re trying to have a business type conversation.

Got two pounds ($160 per pound so $320 for two lbs) of crablegs to go. They used to have the thick colossal crab legs that you’d typically see at high end steak and crab places.

Now they have the thin ones you’d typically buy at Costco or the local supermarket or at an all you can eat buffet.

Looks like they are skimping on the king crab (cheaper) while at the same price point so they can profit off their customers. I didn’t expect this from Gibsons at all. I’ve added pictures that show the king crab they used to serve versus the crab I received.

Terrible. Never felt so ripped off.

Truly one of the best if not the best steakhouse around everything was top notch from the steak to the sides and even the wine and the staff was excellent if you are looking for a fine dining experience i highly recommend coming here …

What’s there to say about Gibsons that hasn’t been said? Food is outstanding. Steaks are the absolute best. Even the soup is terrific. Service is also top-tier. Yes, it can be a little pricey, but the quality of the food is tops. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I patronize your establishment at least twice a month and understand we all have off days. Unfortunately yesterday proved that the food can’t be the only thing to carry the name. We sat a high top near the bar where we often do. Ordered drinks soup and apps. We were ready to order more but sat unattended other than a busser and a refill of water for 15 plus minutes after we completed everything. The icing on the cake was an extremely loud four top spewing vulgarities. This behavior went on for the entirety of our meal until a bar patron told them to shut up. At know point was management visible. A quick visit to the table could have taken care of this matter. Food was great cocktails were also. Gibsons is a very busy restaurant and usually dining here is usually great. Please take these note as constructive criticism. Also try to have your management team more visible. A 360 through the foh is an easy fix.
