We visited from kilgore tx and would go back just to eat here. The food is amazing and the staff just as good. The red beans and rice are to die for and they accommodated us in giving us to go containers for 4 meals of red beans and rice w to take home which were even better two days later.

No other option at all to eat in Gibsland. Burgers were really good. Grilled cheese made with American cheese which I have an issue with but others don’t mind. Chicken sandwich was good. A little slow but we were just hanging around doing the Bonnie and Clyde museum and ambush site. 5 starts probably a stretch but a good place overall.
