First time here. Open and spacious. Wasn’t very busy, a handful of tables, but it’s a Monday. I ordered their version of a “Big Mac” with an extra patty for only $1.99 more. Glad I went with the tater tots, seasoned well and cooked right. Waitress was friendly and all around good. Waited a bit for my side of mayo and a refill on my drink, but I think she may have been solo taking tables, so I get it, having waited tables plenty myself. My guest had a Taco Salad, which was pretty massive. I’ll be going back I’m sure.

First time I was in was for Prime Rib. Brought two friends with me as it was our 40 year reunion at Augie. Brandy was our server and she did a stellar job! Friendly and attentive, super efficient, kept or drinks full. The prime was very good, came out hot, well seasoned, and flavorful. Was in again last week and once again the service and food were exceptional. Had a Monster Burger and it was just as good as when the Rentschler’s served them at their truck stop on N Cliff years ago. Between
Gib’s and the Gateway I’m hard pressed to pick my favorite place in Sioux Falls! Fortunately, the same folks own both, and they’re both terrific!

Great live entertainment. Food didn’t taste bad but is was super low budget. Huge piece of lettuce, 2 slice tomato, and a grilled piece of chicken so small and thin it got lost between the massive bun. Had to wait a long time to get another drink. 1st one had to go to bar and order myself. The basement smells like an outhouse literally. I dunno if someone dropped a bomb in bathroom but it was terrible smelling and I was by door. Not sure I care to go back…

Not a bad place. Went with some friends for dinner and drinks. Chelsea (our server) was fantastic. I got the cauliflower crust meat lovers pizza, which was pretty tasty. It was a Thursday, so it was Prime Rib night, wife got that, she devoured it. Overall, nice addition to the east side, and replacement to the old Cherry Creek building!

First time trying this place since they’ve opened. Overall the place was busy and had a warm atmosphere. Service was good! I got the mini corn dogs, sadly very disappointing. I had trouble deciding what to get and that is what the server recommended. 7 ish mini corn dogs for 12 dollars. They were cold, not just room temperature I mean when I took a bite they were hard to chew because of how cold they were. I could buy a bag from wherever and make them even better at home. They told me they were fried and made in house but I honestly don’t believe that. Other than that service was pretty decent.

Big fail. Reservations for 20 to watch SDSU vs USD football. Reservations confirmed twice. Arrived, no clue of our Reservations?? Our party had to be split up. Very disappointing for sure. If it wasn’t for Brandi, our server, it would have beena bust. She ran her butt off for our large group and many others!! She was fantastic and saved the day. Don’t make a reservation but go for the good food and sit in Brandi’s section!!

I ordered the 1/2 portion of chicken strips and fries. The chicken was mostly breading which was overcooked and crunchy! Both tasted like the frying oil needed to be replaced. Very friendly bartenders and great atmosphere for watching football.

First time here since it opened, we both had the hamburger steak with baked potato. The food was great, and cooked as requested. The house salad was also better than expected. Will be back.

It’s just too expensive for what you get! I’ve thought this since the day they opened. We live on the E side and eat out often. This would be my last choice. $12 for a pizza smaller than my hand & $6 for small beer. You can go to the Attic at the same time for a $3 beer & a $12 pizza that will feed 2+!
