I am bummed, I want to give Gib’s five stars because I love going here. Everyone working is always friendly, bagels are fairly priced and they have a great mirror for selfies. They also have Pibb on tap, which is amazing. My only complaint is that they didn’t put the right cream cheese on the correct bagels. I was driving so didn’t have time to turn around.

11am Friday, everything bagels are hard, dried out and excessively salty. I bought 6…2 went in the trash. Every few months I come in hoping this place gets better, but it never does. Where is the owner, quality control and pride in your product? I guess they’re just collecting the cash. It’s really shameful when Einstein Bros is the better bagel.

This location is my fav because this location is where they are cooking the bagels out of. The smell of fresh bagels is oh so yummy. I stick to the everything bagel bacon,egg, cheese and toasted for the win. However all their bagels look fantastic in the display case. I hate to do it but these bagels need to take the NY off of their name it’s an insult to use the Bagel town capitals name and serve hard bagels that have no love made into them. I would prefer an Einsteins bagel any day over this!
