Great – make that fantastic service with Amy. She knows the menu and is very helpful and friendly, too. The food is fantastic, too. Great steak for me, sausages for my husband and we brought desert home. Tip – parking is a bit of a chore – go around the corner past the coffee shop next door and park in back. Hopefully they’ll have their ♿ Parking spots open next visit (they are near the building).

Had wanted to go here forever and it finally happened!! This place has good food!! We got the bacon flight and the skillet and a cheese steak. It was a lot of food!! The place is really laid back, which we enjoy. We will definitely stop back and try something different since it was all good. Forgot to mention we got the corn as well and an apple pie!!

Where to start.. the food was outstanding. I loved the mac n cheese with bacon, especially! The harvest fall sausage on a steak roll is the best thing ive ever eaten. The server explained to us that its made fresh from the butcher shop down the road and it had apples and sweet potatoes mixed in and omg!! Im obsessed. The service was above and beyond. It was quick and veru friendly! Thank you for a great first time experience!

Service was fantastic. The bloody Mary is well worth ordering. The bacon is delicious. The filet medallion sliders were great (with a side of mac and cheese). Also had a bottle of Cab, Franciscan Estate. It was perfect. Now listen, parking was a challenge, but persevere. Park on the side street as restaurant does not have a parking lot.

Overall, a good dining experience. Food is focused on red meat, sausages, bbq-type side dishes. Food took quite a while to reach our table, but there were extenuating circumstances in the kitchen. We tried many things and were happy with most. Skip the buffalo burger. Worth a try.

First time here and we had a great experience. Our server was friendly and helpful. The food was cooked to perfection . The mac and cheese was by far the best I’ve eaten in a while. We will definitely go back.

I have to be honest, super disappointed. I have been looking forward to coming here ever since I heard it opened. Almost everything we had here was below average. Including the service.
I ordered the sausage platter. Horrible mistake, completely uninspired dish, couldn’t even tell what flavor they were, no garnish nothing. The sausage tasted like they were boiled and thrown in the pan. The waitress asked how everything was. I told her I didnt really enjoy them. I said they tasted like they were thrown in a pan. She replied thats what sausage is…gee thanks, great customer service. No mam, that is not what sausage is. Ive had amazing sausage from city bbq and Schmittz ale house. Didn’t even offer to take it back. A blind deaf man with one arm could prepare sausage better than this.
My wife’s burger was horribly bland and the Mac and cheese dry and flavorless. The only good thing about our meal was the French fries that came with it. I can honestly say I would rather have a burger from any fast food place as opposed to one from this place. Maybe our food would have been better if we hadn’t seen it sit in the window for 10 minutes.
Maybe my expectations were too high but what a shame. I truly doubt we will be back.

I got to pick where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner, Gibbs was definitely the right choice! A bacon bloody Mary starts the night off with a bang. Amish Cheese curds with the 2 dipping sauces, great choice but the Apple Butter BBQ sauce is so good I bought a jar.. As for the main, the Campfire Skillet with a Gibbs Sausage is a whole lot of deliciousness! The veggies,potatoes and that sauce… WOW the sauce!!!! Truthfully I thought it couldn’t get better, WELL I was wrong. A slice of Peanut butter cheesecake was a slice of heaven, AND a Texas Tumbleweed. O M FREEKING GOSH!!!!!!! GREAT FOOD GREAT SERVICE, AWSOME PLACE TO BE!! Thank you Gibbs it was truly an experience I won’t forget and look forward to our return!!!

I have to give your amazing staff their flowers and tell you how wonderful they are . On Friday December 26th at around 5 o’clock I came in heart broken . Sadly we were loosing our dog of 13 years the following day and I wanted to get him something special . I told your staff what I was doing Your staff was so understanding and compassionate I couldn’t have asked for anything more in that moment . They let me talk all about him and share some stories and even made a grown man cry a little bit it was something so great I wasn’t expecting . Your bar tender and your waitress(blonde I forgot to get their names and I feel awful about that but they know who they are ) that are absolutely amazing. The old man was having trouble eating but when he got that perfectly cooked juicey steak he perked right up and ate every bit . I write this as we prepare to take him in but knowing that he is happy and full is all I could ever ask for . The comfort your staff brought me yesterday is something I don’t think I can ever repay .
