We alway order from the store in Doral and it’s always been perfect, we have ordered from this store twice( Kendal location) and it’s been bad both times.absolutely disgusting brown lettuce. Doral rocks and this one(Kendal) truly sucks . Never again and save yourself some money and don’t buy manatee food. Pass on this establishment

Today I visited Giardino’s in Kendall, I love this place, I have been coming here since they first open the doors. I love the variety of vegetables for your salad, plates and/ or wrap options. When I walked in today I was great by Luis, he has been in this place for a very long time and always friendly. I meet Daniela and Vanessa who were also very friendly. My salad like always was delicious, I definitely recommend this place to anybody that love a yummy and full of taste salad.

I love their salads and their entire menu but every time I order from the Kendall location is always a problem 🙁 …missing items on my salad or ingredients not fresh! The place in Doral is better! But the Kendall location is closer 🙁 I always pay for extra items or toppings when I order online or for pickup and they always forget to add them or change the items completely. This place needs to change and provide better service. I always come back because it’s closer, but honestly, not worth it. They need to improve and maintain quality standards in their products and food.. They should always make sure every order is complete and has everything packed before they send it out delivery or in store pickup!!!

Sad to give this review because this location used to actually be good. They flat out do not care about the customer and their concerns. I picked up an online order which was warm (ordered not even 10 min before) and it was a container full of lettuce. They charged you $15 for LETTUCE. I couldn’t find any of the toppings I ordered. Literally a joke. When I called to request a refund, I was told the owner and manager said they couldn’t do that at this time and offered 50% off my next purchase. Next purchase? You’ll never get a penny of my money. I will be contacting corp. So sad to see decent locations go down the drain. Beware.

I am not a salad lover but I make an exception for their Chicken Caesar Salad. Their Caesar Salad dressing is exceptional and makes the salad. Absolutely delicious. And if you do it as takeout you can dress it up with avocado, almond slices, extra parmesan cheese, etc. to make it even better. A large, with extra chicken, is enough to feed two people.

Have been To other Giardino’s but this is the first time getting a wrap. It was well worth it, they hooked it up and gave good amount of pita chips on the side since I didn’t include on wrap.
Curry sauce is similar to chicken kitchens with a slight difference that’s just as good!
