Do NOT buy ANY cosmetics from THIS store!! They advertise a sale at 50% off and then refuse to honor it! I even took a picture of the sale label for the cashier who called the manager as it didn’t discount properly. Manager came over and before the cashier even finished his sentence she was shaking her head NO! I showed her the picture and sale orii, she stated the items were placed incorrectly and would not honor it!
I’m sorry, how is it that I have the EXACT SAME ITEM IN MY HAND that is advertised and SHOWN in the PICTURE and the store won’t give me the sale???!!! And what is worse – she wouldn’t even discuss it with me! She walked away! How rude to treat your customers!!!
Do NOT SHOP GIANT EAGLE on Southland Drive, Middleburg Heights!! They cheat you EVERY time!!!
