Giant Drive In is a restaurant trying to get by on nostalgia. While the the restaurant is unique due to its throwback to the old drive ins, that’s all it has going for it. In fact, I would argue the place is in dire need of an upgrade. They have a cramped seating area with torn seats and old tables requiring repair. Speaking of, the place could use a tech revamp as it is a cash-only establishment. Also, the wolf decorations gotta go.

Mediocre food with pretty terrible service. The staff obviously didn’t care if we ate there or not. No drink refills (you can’t even pay extra and get a refill, just absolutely no refills), mediocre burgers, good fries, off-brand ketchup that they are very hesitant to hand out enough packets. The atmosphere is cute, though!

Honestly not worth the money. I think I had maybe 8 fries in my basket. The burger was just a let down. Hardly any taste at all. It was all of two stars. The customer service was lacking big time. Just being honest here.

At one time I bet this place had great burgers but not in the year of our Lord 2022. I ordered the onion rings along with a burger. You get 5 whole onion rings for $6. The big menu sign had prices of the burgers but surprise, there is a little 8×11 sign on the counter that says ” all burgers are $2 more”. Didn’t see this till I was trying to pay. It ended up being $9 for a jalapeno burger. It was not the best nor the worst burger I have had but it is definitely the worst $9 burger I have had. Also, they take cash only, surprise, that’s on a little sign on the counter as well. If you want a better burger at a better price, it would be very very very easy to find a better place ( Burger King, Carl’s Jr, etc……)
