I’ve dined in once and gotten a to-go order once, and both times I received very friendly service and satisfying burgers.
My husband and I usually brace ourselves for disappointment when he orders meat because he likes it rare and restaurants often overcook his food. But his burger here was perfect! I really enjoy these burgers and appreciate that they’re made from quality beef. Everything is neatly prepared and just as we requested.
The fries today were just okay; I remember dining here months ago and they were much better. They still hit the spot, though, and the perfect burgers definitely made up for it.

UPDATE: The service has SUPER gone downhill and after my family and I’d terrible service and food tonight we will NOT be back. Our last three visits have been bad. Maybe it’s time to train your staff.
REALLY good burgers and exceptionally good french fries which are made with real potatoes. The night I went they seemed to be down a person so it’s really not fair to say it took a long time to be served and that half the booths needed to be reset. The employees were busting their rear ends and were very polite despite the fact that they were super “in the weeds” (extremely busy and behind). I will be back and will be a regular customer cause that was a dang good burger.

Giant Burger has giant burger selections for every pallet, with tasy fries, and rich and creamy milkshakes to wash it all down with. Their seating area is also very comfortable, and they have a slot machine room, they serve a wide variety of beer and cider selections. Their parking lot has trailer parking, and is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately though, their Google call button dosnt work, you have to use their alternative number. Service here is good, but it always seems like they are understaffed because they always seem in a rush. Definitely a good place to check out for a tasteful meal!

Their FOOD was great… Getting it in a timely manner or getting ANY service was the problem… Our burgers were flavorful, juicy, and delicious! Prices were a little high considering you have to buy fries separately… But my only REAL problem was our service… The waitress was alone … But there are only 6 tables inside, 4 had people…
We never got any refills on either of our empty waters… Forgot an order of fries, and then we stood waiting to pay for 5 mins…

Yummy classic burger joint! Patties are made with Willamette grass fed beef, 1/3lb ($12). Straight cut fries are fresh cut. Ice cream shakes are hand scooped Umpqua ice cream. We will be back!
