We had a catering order delivered to our hotel for 55 people. Lynn was great to work with and was able to make the adjustments I requested for our group. The delivery was on time/early and they were super efficient in setting up the food for us. AND The food was great! I recommend the Spinach Lasagna. We will definitely order from Giannos again.

Giannos is great but I’ve never left a review. Most recently went for Valentine’s Day 2026. We had a reservation, and knew the kitchen would be busy. They sat us immediately at 6 pm. I was enjoying the company with my wife on a rare kid free night, so the wait didn’t really bother us. Apparently they had an issue with their tickets in the kitchen, and they offered everyone free dessert for the extra wait caused by the issue. Great food and great service! Can’t go wrong here if you want Italian food!

Excellent service! The sauce has just a TAD too much citrus and not enough garlic for my personal flavor palate but boy it was delicious. I asked for extra sauce bc I like my food saucy and they gave it to me so that was nice and don’t get me wrong I ate every bit. I came alone and was waited on by Grace C. She was nice and was patient allowing me to study the menu for a little longer than I’m sure she’s used to and gave me her favorites as suggestions. Over all it was a love experience and I appreciate the owner putting his number at the bottom of the check in case there are any complaints. That was a nice touch. I’ll be back to try some other items on the menu and my rating might change.

Best Italian fusion in the triad. Giannos has always had some of the best staffing, I went for Valentines and they were absolutely slammed. The staff made sure there were seating options and got my group seated as fast as possible. They have kept their prices reasonable for food and drinks. Thank you to all the team at Giannos for remaining as wonderful and dedicated as you have always been and making a wonderful evening magical and full of fun and life.

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our server was Kristeen and was attentive and pleasant. Very good experience overall. They were busy bcuz of the furniture market, but still we had our food in a timely manner. Will definitely return when in this area.
