If they didn’t have the mega pizza and really good wings, the review would be lower. I have come to this establishment several times, always eager to give them a second chance. They are so understaffed and overworked that the orders are never right. They make at least one thing wrong, or forget something entirely. Delivery is an absolute no go, don’t expect your food until two hours or more after you order it. I’m tired of giving second chances, this is ridiculous. 4 years and I can’t do it anymore.

First time visiting this place and I must say, I’m not exactly sure what the attraction is.
I was asked to pick up an order placed online by someone else and have to say I think this experience has left me grateful I’ve not bought anything here.
When you walk in, there’s a small sitting area and a drink tower near the register. The cashier was on the phone helping a costumer and the view was an awkward angle of the kitchen and another side door.
These things, being the first to observe, held me in shock.
The drink area was questionable, and did not appear very clean and this appeared to be the vibe throughout.
Employees making contact with surfaces and each other while prepping food is an immediate concern.
The person coming through the back door and making their way through the prep area did not make things any better. Each of them conversing as no one else was around.
When the cashier was finally able to communicate with me, I felt aghast.
Her attire, and that of others working felt unprofessional. Her body language and demeanor was distracted and impersonal. She was not able to locate the order on the computer right away, due to being made online.
Fortunately, it was ready.
Before leaving, another costumer approached and asked for a spatula to serve their food, only to be told they did not have any, offering plastic utensils from the drink area.
These did not look like they were wrapped in any way, so it further brought down the overall feeling of not being very sanitary.
The person I picked for up for seemed satisfied with their order, which was a benefit.
I am sure they have their fair share of costumers. I am, however, positive I’ll not be one of them.

Absolutely the worst wings I ever had. They were so overcooked I couldn’t tell the difference between the meat and the bone. Also they were cold when they gave them to me. When I ordered them they said 15 to 27 minutes. Which is an odd time to give. I waited 15 minutes to leave got there in 5. Waited for 45 minutes in the restaurant before they gave them to me. Never order there ever!

I don’t normally write a review, and normally we do not have issues with Giannis pizza; but the experience today was completely unacceptable! We had two pizzas (1 large cheese, and 1 mega with pepperoni and extra cheese) for two adults and 7 children to eat, delivered. After prepaying (with a generous tip), and received the pizzas, we opened both boxes to find the pizzas smashed to one side of the box they were in with the cheese and toppings slid off half the pizzas and stuck to the boxes. We decided to call about the issue and was on hold for about 10 minutes before explaining the above to the worker. While on hold, some of the children, including guests started to eat some of the pizza that was salvagable anyway. The response was that we could bring the pizza back and they would assess the issue and go from there. It was delivered for a reason and that was explained. The worker then said “well, I don’t know what to do about that” and hung up the phone. Pictures (after the children started eating) provided.

I like the eat in option at this pizza joint. But this pizza is WAY too greasy and oily for me. We got the Buffalo Chicken and the grease was just sitting on the pizza. If this is the pizza you like then you will love this place. I had to do multiple napkin dabs to get the grease off. They take bonelessbuffalo chicken bites and stick them on the pizza which is different then I am used to and they use a red sauce instead of a white. Both were different. If the pizza wasn’t so greasy I may have liked it more

3 orders of chicken tenders and fries is $50?!?! They mess up the order they just tell you it is your fault for not checking the order. Been a long time customer but not anymore, service has been on the downhill slide for a while now.

The pizza had to much sauce causing the toppings to slide right off. The crust was not shaped correctly either.

Classic takeout pizza in my opinion, a little greasy and sloppy sometimes but hot, cheap and cheesy. Asked for extra hot peppers on the side and got a container full.

I love Gianni’s pizza, but the service and speed at the Cumberland location has been terrible over my last few visits. After waiting nearly an hour for a pick-up order of 2 large pizzas today when they had almost no other orders, I won’t be going back. When I called in, the customer service was poor and I should have known it was going to be a bad experience. No acknowledgement from staff and no sense of urgency as I waited. I hope management is able to review this and others feedback and make improvements with staff.

Pizza was ok but the wings didn’t have much meat. The real problem is that they up their prices and didn’t change meal or website so it was $10 more than we expected. Those wings with no meat isn’t worth $2 each. BEWARE prices are higher than advertised!!
