I used to eat at Sheraton as a kid and have very good memories at all the restaurants. Today all these amazing memories came back: I tried Gianni’s with family members and had the best food experience. Our waiter, Ahmed, provided a few options of which we choose the mushroom soup and the sea bass, they were both extraordinary! The chef did an amazing job with the flavors. Compliments. The view is astonishing and the service is impeccable. Also a great thank you to the restaurant Managet Mr Ghali and the customer service manager Ms Hadeer. Highly recommended restaurant

I went here for a nice dinner to end my trip in Cairo. It’s a lovely dining room with a great view of the Nile surface was initially quite attentive, but then faded near the end of the dinner. Food was very good if not exceptional for a high priced restaurant. The fritto mixto was nicely cooked, not oily, and featured good seafood. The ravioli in mushroom sauce could’ve used a little better seasoning…an overall pleasant experience.

Let’s start from the beginning: You are greeted very warmly and have a wonderful view of the Nile River. The waiters are extremely polite, attentive, and not intrusive, as is often the case elsewhere. Everything is very well organized, clean, and the food quality is excellent. The homemade gnocchi were definitely the best I’ve ever had, even better than in Germany. I haven’t been able to enjoy such quality in various Italian restaurants. Therefore, I give five stars for the best gnocchi.
A special thank you goes to the waiter Mr. Omar Mohammed and Chef Mahmoud (Gnocchi Master Chef).
The manager, Abdelhamid, is also doing an excellent job and has built a great team.

Our group of 4 friends arrived at Giannini’s hungry and not knowing what to expect or order. The staff were friendly and gave us great suggestions. We eventually ordered 2 seafood soup to share, then Osso Bucco, Oxtail, seafood pasta, Ravioli, 2 Mocktails (Blueberry Fizz) and a Tiramisu. The food was delicious and very large serving size.
Special thanks to Kirolos for his attentive and delightful service. We loved the environment, service, choices and quality.

Spontaneous lunch after visiting Mahmoud Khalil Palace. It was the best decision to go there.
The place at 3-3.30 was completely empty. I hope they have a lot of guests in the evening.
We ordered Caesar salad (and omg it was maybe not the best in my life, but fresh, balanced and huge size, can be shared for 2. Pizza was just pizza, it’s ok. They bring complementary bread and 2 tiny appetizers, olive oil and balsamico.
Most of all I loved here the view from the rest windows, coffee (and coffee cup), and the whole atmosphere.
Service could be more casual, because to ask every minute my opinion about ordinary food was a bit strange
But maybe they just wanted communication.
I really love Egyptian people and service in general, so please don’t take my word as a criticism. It’s just my observations
Ok, the conclusion: if you are tired and hungry in its area – run fast to Sheraton hotel. You will not be disappointed 100%.
I will definitely come back here to try desserts and more.
