At Gia Visto, we thoroughly enjoyed the Crispy Eggplant Parmagiana, Build Your Own Pasta Gnocchi with tomato basil sauce and Pappardelle & Shrimp. The accompanying ceasar salads and ciabatta were fresh and yummy. And the lemon cake and berry crisp were a perfect and not too sweet ending. Kudos to Jill the owner! It was a delicious and intimate dining delight!
Allow plenty of time because the service is SLOW. We had reservations and were seated around 6:00. Appetizer was served at 6:46 and bread about 10 minutes later. Salads were served at 7:15. During all this wait time no explanation was offered. I hope they can improve their service.
The dining room is cozy, I love the atmosphere. My grand daughter attended a cooking class and brought food home. I have ordered a pan of spinach and beans for the holidays for a side dish!!
