Some of the Vietnamese baguettes I’ve ever had! Perfect amount of crispiness and airiness with a good amount of chew. Also love that their Bo ne plate is spreadable and easy to eat with the bread. Would come back again!

Food 6.8/10, Service & Atmosphere 9/10
If you want to dine-in I recommend going off-peak hours. We ordered first and booked a table then came back 15 mins later at around 12:40pm.

We ordered Bò né and Grilled chicken bánh mì add fried egg.

Bò né / Bo ne: 6.5/10
There wasn’t really anything special about it, I was worried that it would be so good that I need to come back often but it was just regular seasoned stir fried beef to me, everyone has different taste preferences and for me this wasn’t what I was looking for. I’m used to Bò Né from Ho Chi Minh city so maybe this is how they make it in Hue, Vietnam?
The salads that same with bò né wasn’t seasoned, it would have been better if it was, at least if some vinegar.

Chicken Bánh mì: 8/10
The chicken banh mi was very flavorful but at the same time a bit to salty that it made it hard for me to taste other things. I hope it will be a bit less salty next time I come back, that way all the ingredients can be harmonize together.

Overall the price is reasonable, the restaurant is set-up more for to-go orders than dine-in because the lack of space.
They also sell some pastries, we bought the pandang coconut one and it tasted good.
We discovered this place based on word of mouth and social media reels but it is a bit over hyped in my own personal opinion.

Update; went back and tried several other items and all just okay. Best thing they serve is the banh mi.
Bun bo was just okay. Wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t get again.
Banh nam was pretty decent. Would get again but wouldn’t make a trip for them.
Also had the sugar cane drink, also just okay.
Then we tried whatever pastries they had left and those were just okay, as well.
The eggrolls are $1 each, so kind of pricy.

Yummmmmm!!
A little on a less side of meat but with the flavors of the butter and the meaty pate; you’re not even missing it. The veggies are delish.
Cannot wait to come back to try drinks and dishes.
So happy they have a pick up window ! Makes it super quick and easy for me.

Absolutely phenomenal food here!! It’s so nice to find a place where everything on the menu is delicious and affordable. My partner and I love coming here, each getting a sandwich and able to try out an appetizer we haven’t had before for $25 or less. Staff is so wonderful, can’t recommend this place enough.

Just moved here from Tucson where the Vietnamese food was so-so. This place blows any of those places out if the water! Bahn Mi for the win. The French bread was so flaky, crunchy, yet soft. Like a good po boy in New Orleans. Fresh veg, tasty roasted pork.

Will recommend to friends and family in the area. 5+ stars.

My favorite banh mi spot!! Their banh mi is crunchy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Meat is well marinated and veggies taste super fresh. They also have some really good pastries as well, and the most authentic Bun Bo Hue that is full of toppings.

Tried the Vietnamese dodging steak here and it was really good! The beef is flavorful, and comes sizzling hot with eggs and fresh baguette.

I ordered two Banh Mi sandwiches to go: one Grilled Pork and one Chinese BBQ Pork. Both sandwiches were delicious. The bread was crunchy, soft, and warm. The atmosphere was nice, but there were a lot of dishes on the table, so if I had dined in, I would have been disappointed.

Update: I decided to take my family here because they’re Banh Mi was always on point but not today. Little meat, little sauce and little veggies. Very disappointing.

The Banh Mi (sandwiches) here are huge and taste incredible — definitely recommend the Banh Mi Dac Biet. They also offer a buy 5, get 1 free deal, so we got 6 sandwiches for around $30, which is a great value.

The Bun Bo Hue was also really good — authentic and flavorful. I believe the owner is from Hue?

However, the Banh Uot was disappointing. It didn’t taste fresh and was very bland.

Service was great — friendly and efficient. We didn’t have to wait long for our food at all.

We would definitely come back for the Banh Mi and to try more Hue dishes!

i wanted to find good bunh mi. the bread was exactly how i wanted, just like back in my mom’s home town. light and airy inside and crisp on the outside. the bo ne was good. the grilled pork banh mi was good. the banh beo chen pieces were a bit large, but they are hard to make. the banh ram it pieces were a bit large too, but they are also hard to make. i also think the sauce for the banh ram it and banh beo chen need a little more sweetness and maybe provide lime wedges for those who like it to be a little sour. it has an umami-fish sauce flavor, which is expected, but that was the only flavor profile of the sauce. maybe sugar could be added on the table to add to taste? the bun bo hue was good, too. prices were very good. service was good.
