This is a great lunch spot someone did a video on IG about, so I just had to check it out and it did not disappoint! I had the gyozas and the ramen bowl with shredded beef and it was very delicious! The atmosphere is very quaint! The only thing I didn’t like is you have to go back and forth to get your own drink and pick up your food when it’s ready. I guess the concept is a good business move if there are not enough workers to serve. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. Parking is scarce…it’s best to park across the street.

Ghost Ramen is a MUST try, great customer service, love the ambience and atmosphere and the food is absolutely amazing. You must try their new corn rib appetizer, and the Shreveport hot chicken Raman is to die for. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very authentic flavors and Great atmosphere. Definitely Best Ramen in town. The gyoza was cooked perfectly. Best lil hole in the wall that I’ve been too in a while. Will come back.
Sidenote Women behind the bar is knowledgeable and cute. Great Vibes.

I visited this restaurant because I wanted to eat a Ramen meal just like the ones that are shown in KDramas on TV. I was not disappointed. The presentation was the same, noodles, meat, veggies and eggs. I was able to order kimchi, which I had no idea of what it is. Spicy but good. Everything tasted great, seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is closed in and dimly lit. If you are claustrophobic I do not recommend dining in. The restaurant should consider opening the blinds for that reason. You have to order at the counter so there is a little wait but no more than if you were at a table waiting for a waitress. Plenty of parking. I will be going back.

I had the chicken shoyu ramen and it was awesome. The chicken was char grilled, the noodles were fresh and chewy, the broth was rich, the egg was just the right consistency, and the microgreens were delightfully spicy. It wasn’t hot spicy though. If you want that, try the spice bomb. They can accommodate different levels of heat. There’s beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, fish, and I appreciated that there was a vegetarian option. You can also get non-soups like gyoza and yakamein. All around the ingredients seem top-notch.

They’re located at The Lot, which has indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bathroom. Order at the truck and they will give you a buzzer so you can go sit down while you wait. Food is served in a tin or plastic for to-go. Drinks are available. They can take cards. If you go at the right time you can listen to live music while you eat. There is alcohol served on location as well. Parking is easy either on the street or behind The Lot.

It’s so rare to go to a place and the food look like the advertisement, but Ghost Ramen is the real deal. We’ve eaten there a couple of times now and it is always delicious. It’s got a great atmosphere and the staff is friendly. It’s become our go to date spot.

Ramen was delicious!!! Got there about 20min before they started and where like 4th in line. Didn’t have to wait long at all. The guys were cool and fast with getting the orders out. The ramen was of course the star of the show. Plenty to full you up and the flavor was on point. Menu is a little pricey but the ramen is worth it. Wouldn’t get the wings though. They were good but grossly overpriced. Definitely worth a visit. We will be returning. Already started digging in before I remembered to take a picture.
