I booked Ghazni for my husband’s and mother-in-law’s surprise birthday event, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and all of our guests truly enjoyed the atmosphere. Everything was so well organized that it made the entire event easy for me to manage—most of the details were handled seamlessly by their team. It allowed me to actually relax and enjoy the celebration. I highly recommend Ghazni for any special occasion!

I was really disappointed with my experience at Ghazni Afghani Restaurant. The kafta (meatball) I ordered was clearly not fresh — it tasted old, undercooked, and extremely chewy. It was hard to eat and definitely not what you’d expect from a place serving traditional Afghan food.
Freshness and proper preparation should be the basics of any restaurant, and unfortunately this dish failed on both. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their food, because customers deserve better.

Food is a 4 because overall good and tastes original. But if you know the food from the region, then nothing special. Food is plenty and cheap though. Bread is self baked. The place itself kind of weird. Was completely empty when we ate there. No customers whatsoever. Staff was nice but one person doing all of it so accordingly things took long. TLDR good food. affordable price. If you’re hungry. Would not recommend for the atmosphere.

Better than ever. I’ve been eating here for a while. I gotta say they gotten much better. Don’t get me wrong the food was decent but this time it’s on point. The kabobs were perfect and flavorful. I got the double combo kabobs plate, Mantu, and Bolani. All were super delicious. The service was excellent, the atmosphere is quiet. Perfect enough to just eat and enjoy your meal.

DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM THIS RETAURANT!!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT SERVES RAW FOOD!!!! I paid $550 for a catering order for 3 dishes: shami kabob, chicken kabob, and qabuli palaw. The meats for the kabobs were both undercooked and squishy, but the shami kabob was literally RAW. Absolutely unacceptable on all grounds, but especially for the amount that I paid. Not to mention the owner/manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. My event would have been ruined if I wouldn’t have made other food myself to serve to my guests. I had multiple people showing me the meat was raw and telling me I should contact the owner for some sort of compensation. We were throwing up and sick to our stomachs the next morning!! I contacted the restaurant the morning after the event and he told me that it wasn’t his fault and that he served me “fresh food”. Excuse me sir, I didn’t know fresh food meant I was going to be served RAW MEAT. He refused to compensate us in any way and kept denying that it was RAW. He said that he the meat was just more lean and that’s why it appeared red or pink. As you can tell by the photos below, the meat was not cooked properly at all. Instead of apologizing and offering some sort of compensation , they denied everything and blocked my phone number. I am extremely disappointed with his lack of professionalism and I did not expect this behavior from a fellow Afghan. I will be reporting this establishment to the local Food Safety Department and they can take it up with them since they want to block my number.

Got here late afternoon and absolutely nobody was here, just a really big empty dining room. Ordered some typical meats with the fixins and thoroughly unimpressed. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing but my meat was quite bland and the rice was even more so. I’m not even sure how rice can get even more bland because that’s all it is but idk maybe the texture was just weird. For there being absolutely nobody there, our server was pretty good at disappearing too LOL.

I ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate, the gryo wrap, the chicken wrap, the aushak & the Quabili Pallaw. This was my first-time ordering from here, I’ve also never had Afghan or Mediterranean food before, but I do know what good food tastes like! And everything was seasoned so well, everything has big servings, even the gyros! they were stuffed with overflowing meat and ingredients! Me and my family loved every bite! We will definitely be ordering here again! Also, they said it would be ready in 25minutes and it was already packaged and ready for pick up at exactly 25minutes!

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, and everything seemed fine at first. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude, and the cashier even argued with me and asked unnecessary personal questions.
The food was not good either. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste my time here. I would rather go to McDonald’s than return to this place. I no longer recommend this restaurant, so please avoid going there.

Very nice place. Great staff. Food is awesome chicken is really good salad is really fresh and the dressing is wonderful. The sauces are mild but full of flavor.

This is one of the best, Afghanistani clean and romantic places to eat a real authentic Food from Afghanistan!!! I got my food after 15 minutes which is the fastest ti e for a meal in Afghanistan Authentic food!!!! I post some pictures of the delicious food they serve, the Bolani is nice cooked,the beef And Chicken Kabab wan cooked the way it should and I dont know how to complement their chamblee Kabab with the tremendous Spicy sauce they make on this restaurant
