Ghazal Lounge is such a unique and exciting addition! The décor is beautiful with an Indo-Mexican twist, and I loved that they also have a patio for outdoor seating. The separate hookah lounge had such a cool vibe, and their house special hookah was excellent.
Their drink menu is fantastic — from creative mezcal pairings to classics like margaritas and old fashioneds. The food was just as good — the lollipop chicken was delicious, and I really enjoyed the variety of options like noodles, triple decker sandwiches, chicken quesadillas, and Apollo fish.
A perfect spot for drinks, bites, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Beware when visiting this place.

Four of us visited and ordered one hookah, two starters, and four beers, yet our bill came out to $166, which was shocking. When we reviewed the bill, we noticed they had charged us for two hookahs instead of one, added a $6 “additional person” fee, and also included an 18% gratuity for groups of 3+ people.

When we pointed out the mistake, the staff apologized and removed the extra hookah charge, but the gratuity was still kept on the bill.

After speaking with a few friends, I was told that this seems to be a regular practice here — charging extra and only correcting it if the customer notices and questions the bill. If you don’t carefully review your bill before paying, you could easily be overcharged.

Two important points for the management:
1. If you automatically add an 18% gratuity, customers should be informed beforehand.
2. Any additional charges or policies should be clearly explained to customers before they order.

I’m attaching both versions of the bill for reference

Had a great experience at Ghajal Lounge. The food was really good—especially the chicken lollipop, Infero chicken which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The crispy corn was fresh, crunchy, and very tasty. Overall, a good place for quality food and a satisfying meal. Would definitely recommend!

We recently visited Ghazal Lounge in Frisco and had a great time. The ambience is vibrant and perfect for a night out. We sat in the hookah lounge area and really enjoyed the overall vibe.

The hookah was good, and the music was really nice which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. It’s a great place to relax with friends, enjoy the lounge experience, and spend a fun evening.

Overall, a lively spot in Frisco if you’re looking for good music, hookah, and a great ambience.

Very good Hookah. Fun and friendly staff. Ask for Rishi. She’s absolute vibe talker and welcoming. Cheerful person. Feels like dost right away.! I called her sis in just few minutes of chat.. good suggestions on food. Place is very nice. Would be nice to have a little comfortable seating.. don’t order wings no matter what.! Order spice kissed peanuts and crispy corn.! Have fun.! Cheers

Went on Sat night as a walk-in. They prefer reservations over walk-ins but were nice enough to accommodate us.
Did not have food but their drink selection is large but drinks are strictly okay.
Service is good;
Atmosphere is dependent on where you prefer your seating. We picked the lounge area with dance music playing and people having hookahs. It did become hard to talk across the table but fine to chat with person next to you.

An Utterly Disappointing and Chaotic Experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our visit to this restaurant was a complete disaster from the moment we walked in. We came for the buffet, which turned out to be the worst I have ever encountered. The quality was abysmal, and many of the signature items they advertised were not even available, with no explanation from the staff.

The entire place was completely unorganized. It was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and indifferent. After a long wait, we were seated in a lounge area, forced to eat our meals off low coffee tables, which was incredibly uncomfortable and not at all what you expect when you go out for lunch.

Unsurprisingly, no one in our party liked the food or the experience. It was a waste of time and money. We will not be returning, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.

Chicken was raw. From the very few selections they served us, they couldn’t even properly cook one of them. On top of that, staff barely interacted with us, which to some, might be ideal but not for us. Very small space, $20 for a selection of just like 20 dishes. The dessert section was also limited to only one item which that too was way too hard to even cut through properly. I was so excited but was let down very quickly so I would recommend you say the money, and the trip, and go literally anywhere else.

Lounge 5/5 ; Restaurant 3/5

Visited the lounge about three weeks ago for the first time—absolutely loved it! Live music (Benny was great) followed by a DJ on Friday created an awesome vibe. The food jalapeno chicken, lamb chops, shrimp 65, crispy gobi, peanut mixture was delicious, and the paan raas hookah was smooth and flavorful, seems like one of the rare ones serving the flavor. Cocktails were great , they also serve Taj Mahal. Only downside was the seating it felt a bit cramped, with parties overlapping.

Went to the restaurant a few days later with some work buddies on a quiet Wednesday evening (we were the only ones there). The jalapeno chicken was still a hit, but the lamb chops didn’t match the weekend quality. Desserts were a letdown—tres leches tasted store-bought and soggy, and the double ka meetha was disappointing. As a new spot, they might still be working out kinks, especially with desserts. One annoyance, staff kept rearranging tables while we were there, which felt unnecessary with customers present. Lounge is a must-visit, restaurant needs some polish.

I visited this place today and honestly had a very disappointing experience. The hookah quality was really poor. The flavor tasted very cheap and harsh, and it didn’t feel like they were using good quality hookah tobacco at all. The smoke was not smooth and the taste became unpleasant within a few minutes.

For a place that promotes hookah, I expected much better quality and flavor. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hookah experiences I’ve had. I hope they improve the quality of their hookah flavors and preparation in the future.
