GG’s Waterfront Bar & Grill is located on beautiful Hollywood Beach, minutes from Ft. Lauderdale, Aventura and 20 miles from Miami. Overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, this is a fabulous way to enjoy beautiful waterfront views as luxury yachts cruise by, watch magnificent sunsets and enjoy the daily Happy Hour. Lunch and dinner are served daily. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant features brunch. GG’s has a Wine Spectator Award Winning Wine list with wines and champagnes that have been selected from around the world.

FOOD: Both steak and lamb were cooked to perfection. Correct temperature as well which the waiter was so sweet to discuss ahead of putting in the order. Lamb was juicy, flavorful and wow’ed me for sure. Everything else on the videos was 10/10 in taste I have no complaints with the food.

Variety: the menú was amazing and sooooooooo many great options to choose from.
Service: top tier and welcoming.

I had a great time at this seafood restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was very well organized. I especially want to give a big thank you to our waiter, Zack — he was amazing! Friendly, attentive, and very professional. He truly made our visit special and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time.
The seafood was fresh and delicious, and they are especially known for their lobster, which did not disappoint. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

I want to give a special shout-out to our server, Frank, who delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. His professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise truly stood out. Frank went above and beyond, even crafting a custom double-shot espresso for my wife and me that was absolutely perfect.
The entire staff was outstanding—the hostesses were welcoming and gracious, and service was seamless with our table consistently attended to. We enjoyed dining outdoors with a beautiful waterfront view, complemented by a bottle of wine and an incredible seafood tower. Every recommendation Frank made was spot-on, from the elegant dishes to the perfectly prepared burger.

Came in for lunch and had an AMAZING experience! We were seated right away and everything after that just got better. The Pow! Pow! Shrimp was a great way to start. The Florida Mahi Mahi was hands down one of the best dishes I’ve had — perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor (only available at lunch! At dinner it’s grouper instead). And the Key Lime Pie? Absolutely incredible — creamy, fresh, and a must-try if you love key lime. Add in the waterfront views and friendly staff and this place is a total winner. Highly recommend!

I took my wife here as part of her birthday weekend celebrations. We arrived upon opening at 11am and had the restaurant practically to ourselves. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. We sat outside on a beautiful day with views of the water and various boats passing by. Appetizer and main entrees were fantastic. The manager and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The service was superb and drinks were good as well. As of the time of this review, brunch is available on weekends only but whether you want brunch or lunch, GG’s won’t disappoint. Check it out!

We were out for a small birthday gathering, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The crab and avocado toast I had for an appetizer was amazing, as was the chef’s choice omelet with spinach, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
There was a bit of an issue with the bills as we were a large party with all individual checks, but the manager and server worked diligently to get it amended. Beautiful waterfront view and the crowd was mature and relaxed.

An immaculate night at GG’s! We came to celebrate our engagement and it was the best decision we made (besides saying yes!). From the second we entered the doors we felt welcome and special. Everything from the service, to the drinks, and the quality of food we were simply impressed. Could not have asked for a better evening!

Fantastic restaurant. Beautiful setting on the intercoastal. Attentive but not obnoxious service. Most important, the food! From start to finish… AMAZING! I had the evening special of whole yellow snapper.. probably the best fish I have ever had! At first I was afraid of the bones but the perfectly cooked fish was easily removed. More than enough for 2 people.
