This places is an easy stroll from the Tesla high soles chargers and is a Godsend! The owner is a perky, tenacious Chinese gal who served us piping hot yakisoba noodles and fresh California rolls. The place itself is very plain and you can tell the tables have seem some wear, but it’s location, lively/kind owner, and both indoor and outdoor dining options work in it’s favor. If you have a dog, you are in luck, they have outdoor seating, however, only one table is shaded at any one time. The beer, however, is cold and the sake is hot! Enjoy!

I love this places teriyaki bowls, but since I moved I don’t get them very often. I was having a craving and i was in town. So, I call in an order. I ask if they take Apple Pay because I walked out of the house without my wallet and I didn’t want to place my order if they didn’t take it. the lady said yes they do. So I drive over there to pick up my order and low and behold they take Apple Pay, but it’s not working. So not only did I not get my food she looked at me like I was stupid for not having a card. Don’t offer a service if you can’t fix it when it stops working. It’s 2023 tap to pay shouldn’t be an issue.

First time here since I’m new to Centralia. I got the Chicken Teriyaki. It’s good. I like their salad dressing and their teriyaki sauce as well. Unfortunately, they gave my order to the wrong person while I was sitting outside waiting for it. I had to help her chase down my order. Bit pricey but I blame that on inflation.

A nice and clean place. Wonderful service. Although the food wasn’t hot and fresh, and the teriyaki chicken was cold, it wasn’t bad. It worked out great for our quick stop for food on our way home from road trip.

I don’t understand how there are good reviews for the food here, maybe the teriyaki is great but the sushi and tempura we ordered where hands down the worst we have ever had. The assorted tempura shrimp and vegetables had thick uncooked doughy (tempura batter) and tasted like corn dog batter. The Las Vegas roll we ordered had cooked tempura shrimp inside which was hard enough to break a tooth and seemed like it was 3 days old. There was no avocado either as expected from the menu. We pointed out the rock hard old shrimp tempura in the roll to the Lady and she said ‘yes in that roll we use old frozen pre-made prawn tempura’, we said yes its definitely old. She seemed unconcerned and had no expression or apology. The other rolls we ordered where thick with rice and extremely light with the actual sushi/vegetable side. Hands down worst place we have ever eaten. Poor service, no hi how are you today or smile. You are better off finding a Fred Meyer and buying pre-made sushi.

I recently visited Ggs Teriyaki and Sushi and had a fantastic experience. I tried their Spider Sushi Roll and Teriyaki Plate, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Spider Sushi Roll was especially filling and tasted great.

the dragon roll was horrible it gave me food poisoning. the lady was nice but was also passive aggressive at times. Also assumed what roll i would get the interaction went like this “hey what kinda sushi do u guys have” “so you want the cali roll right” im shocked because even though i havent been to that store before she still tried guessing. Overall rating 2/10 never going again

The menu selection is impressive as is the attention to detail paid by the sushi chef and staff. They give you a respectful amount of time and distance to enjoy your food.
