Food is great. Drinks are awesome. What is missing is hospitality in service quality. No eye contacts from the server at all. They won’t make any gesture to care for your table. A little careless environment as far as serving goes. Everything else is superb but you would love to be served when you dine in especially repeatedly. They don’t dare to care.

TRULY Terrible service!
Decided to spend a lovely evening with my 4 year old and 6 year old tonight at GG’s. The dining room is closed so we grabbed an empty cabana and left our personal belongings there. We placed our food and drink orders and went into the pool.
Not 20 minutes later, we are told that a large party JUST made a reservation for our cabana and we need to move our belongings. I said no as we had ordered food. They said you have 20 minutes. I got out of the pool within 5 minutes and saw my personal belongings had been moved including wallet, phone, cash, etc. I told the “manager” how inappropriate this was, and he apologized but said he had to accommodate a big party. He gave no efforts to fix the situation. Meanwhile multiple other cabanas were occupied next to us, but no one had ordered food.
So they intentionally moved paying customers who already had taken the cabana for the sake of a brand new reservation while we were away from the cabana. Imagine if the Cheesecake Factory moved all of your belongings while you were in the bathroom in order to accommodate a
